    These are all terrific tips. I have been trying to do most of them since March, and I am doing pretty well. I had hoped to get into a routine about giving myself a mask at least once a week, but I’ve kind of fallen down on that one.

    Skincare is tops. I see a lot of patients having maskne so I emphasize good skincare regimen, etc
