Top Ten Eyeshadow Primers

It’s Top Ten Tuesday time and our topic is primers this week. It will come as no surprise to regular Beauty Info Zone readers that my list is all about Eyeshadow Primers. It’s not that I don’t have enough facial primers to use for our topic but I’m a little nuts (or maybe a lot) and have this need to have all the eyeshadow primers available. While 10 are mentioned here I have more that I like but maybe not quite as much as these.

Eyeshadow Primers come in all prices which I’m demonstrating for you today with versions that range from $2 to $32. Price isn’t always the determining factor when it comes to this type of product. My $2 primer from E.L.F. works almost as well as my $20 Too Faced primers. The important thing to me is to use an eyeshadow primer every time I do my eyes. Primer is meant to even out skintone, make the colors last without creasing, help eyeshadow colors go on more evenly, and create a more vibrant look.

Top 10 eyeshadow primers

Top 10 eyeshadow primers

$1-$2  E.L.F. SHADOW LOCK EYELID PRIMER || There are 3 shades of this primer available. Right now E.L.F. is having a moving sale so the colors left are available for $1 but normally they are $2. My favorite is Champagne (there’s also Sheer and Pearl) because it is a light taupe/champagne shade adding some interest without a bit of shimmer.

$6.49  MILANI EYESHADOW PRIMER || This is one of my very favorite primers. I usually look for a sale on it and pick up 2 at a time. It took me a while too appreciate it since it’s thick at first but I learned to love it after running out of Too Faced Shadow Insurance once and now I always have one handy.

$6.99  NYX EYESHADOW BASE  ||  My only pot eyeshadow primer although that’s all I used to use. This has good points and bad. I’m not a fan of the pot itself. For someone with long nails it’s just a pain. I bought this in Pearl because I wanted the tiny bit of pearly shimmer which makes this worth getting out a taklon brush to apply it. It’s stiff and doesn’t go on as easily as a cream product but it does the job well and Ulta often has sales on NYX. This is also available in white and skintone.

Milani, NYX, ELF eyeshadow primers

$15  em cosmetic eyeshadow primer  ||  No one ever talks about em cosmetics anymore. This Michelle Phan line came out with a bang but it’s whimpering away. Out of all the products I’ve bought from the line this is the stand out. There’s a slight gleam to it that peeks through and makes eyeshadow more vibrant. I’d buy this again without a doubt.

$18  bareMinerals PRIME TIME EYESHADOW PRIMER  ||  This is a great primer but it’s really small. It’s a perfect size for travel though but I’m going through this pretty quickly for home use. I wish I didn’t like it this much or that the price wasn’t quite this high. My shadows stay so well when I’m using it.

bareMinerals eyeshadow primer

$20  TOO FACED SHADOW INSURANCE  ||  This is the eyeshadow primer that changed the game. It’s the most talked about, that’s for sure. Be sure you shake it before using it the first time and then again about once a week. It can come out watery which you want to avoid. TFSI is the one I use the most because I can really rely on it. I know it will keep me creasefree under all conditions.

$20  TOO FACED SHADOW INSURANCE CANDLELIGHT  ||  Too Faced created a few more of their Shadow Insurance to meet the needs of everyone. The one I have is Candlelight which is a bright gold that just lights up my eyes. There are days I’ll put Candlelight on my lids, TFSI original on my brow bone, and a beautiful brown toned shadow in the crease. There’s no glitter in Candlelight but it is a bright shimmery gold. If I wore more glitter eyeshadows I’d buy TF Glitter Glue Shadow Primer since I know the quality of the brand.

Too Faced Shadow Insurance in Candlelight and original

$21  LORAC BEHIND THE SCENES EYE PRIMER  ||  I don’t know why everyone isn’t shouting about this from their rooftops. It’s a fabulous eyeshadow primer. There was a small one in my LORAC Pro Palette and once I used it I knew I needed it in a full size. It’s $1 more than the Too Faced but it’s considerably bigger so there’s more bang for your buck. It has a slant tip opening which can get a little messy but I usually squeeze it out on my hand to apply rather than directly on my eye. I’m telling you – you are missing out on a gem if you don’t have this primer.

Lorac Behind the Scenes eyeshadow primer

$29  BENEFIT AIR PATROL  ||  I had no intention of buying this because it’s obvious I don’t need another primer in my life. But I got a sample that lasted me for a few days and that sold me. This is very yellow which is why I wasn’t going to buy it. But once I used it I realized that the color wasn’t an issue once applied. This is considered to be a BB Cream Eyelid Primer and it has broad spectrum SPF 20 which I’m happy about. The tip is different since it’s a “cushion calm” tip that is exceptionally soft. A little goes a long way with this so I expect it to last a good amount of time.

Benefit Air Patrol eyeshadow primer

$32  EDWARD BESS ILLUMINATING EYESHADOW BASE  ||  Edward Bess was my splurge item. I bought it much before the Benefit so even though the prices aren’t too far different I knew it was a splurge. It comes in three shades (Dune, Cashmere, Suede). Cashmere was my choice and I’m happy that I bought it. It looks a lot like a concealer with its brush applicator. Once I let it dry shadows really adhere to it. Anytime I have a poor performing shadow I turn to this Illuminating Base since I know if it doesn’t work with this, then the shadow just isn’t going to work. It’s worth the extra money even if I save it for special days.

I have other eyeshadow primers that I like (Urban Decay, Make Up For Ever, and IT Cosmetics for example) but they don’t get used as often as these 10. I know not everyone needs 10+ eyeshadows in their life but I’m obsessed and obviously obsessive! — Marcia

1450057833__11337282TOM FORD LIPS AND BOYS 10 LIPSTICK SET ($350). Tom Ford lipsticks are my all time favorite brand. They do keep raising the price on these but I can’t seem to resist them. The Lips and Boys lipsticks luckily are less money at $35 each but they are a lot smaller. I don’t really care. I never use up a lipstick and if I can wear one that makes me feel this good, I will splurge on it. For a limited time Tom Ford came out with this 10 Lipstick Set that contains Ian, Beau, Julian, Addison, Leonardo, Demsey, David, Egon, Daniel and Theo. You’ll get a touch of everything with this luxurious set.

1450057884__10998098CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN SILKY SATIN LIP COLOR ($90) is the lipstick that dreams are made of. It was certainly a revelation to the cosmetic world when Christian Louboutin chose to charge $90 for a lipstick. I wouldn’t wear it as a necklace even though it comes with a black satin ribbon for that purpose but I sure wouldn’t mind pulling this lipstick out at a soiree.
1450057940__9515423CHARLOTTE TILBURY THE UPTOWN GIRL SET ($230) will bring you a touch of so many products that Charlotte Tilbury gets raves for. There are several sets and all are gorgeous. I chose The Uptown Girl since it has colors I know I can comfortably wear. Inside this lovely set are The Uptown Girl eyeshadow palette, eyeliner in Audrey, Full Flat Lashes Mascara, Cheek to Chic Blush in Love Glow, Lip Cheat Lip Liner in Pink Venus, K.I.S.S.I.N.G Lipstick in Bitch Perfect, Lip Lustre Lip Gloss in Sweet Stiletto all nestled in a Charlotte Tilbury Cosmetic Bag.

This new palette includes the Celestial Powder in Candlelight, The Sculpting Powder in Medium, The Essential Eye Shadows in Ice Gold, Champagne, Wheat, Camel, Coco, Dark Chocolate, Beige, Peach, Light Grey, Pewter, Espresso, and Black. 1450058060_wayne-goss-the-anniversary-setWAYNE GOSS THE ANNIVERSARY SET ($225) is the brush set that I really want. Anyone in my family reading this please take note!! The Anniversary Set includes an updated release of the popular Brush 01 (limited edition) and introduces the new Brush 05 which will become a permanent addition to The Collection. Sigh!
1450058153_charlotte-tilbury-complete-brush-kitCHARLOTTE TILBURY THE COMPLETE BRUSH KIT ($320) is something that would also make my heart go pitter patter. I love brushes and in spite of owning more than anyone could use, I still covet them. This set contains a CT makeup bag, lip brush,  eyeliner brush, eyeshadow smudger brush, eye blender brush, foundation brush, powder & sculpt brush, blush brush and bronzer brush. There’s nothing like luxury brushes.

1450058321__9413718CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN ROUGE COLLECTION NAIL LACQUER is available in a dozen colors and I’m sure they are wonderful and luxurious but they are $50 each. If someone wants to buy me one, I’m game! I promise to wear it often too.

1450058449__11271685LA MER THE TREATMENT ESSENTIALS ($415) is a limited edition set that contains Creme de La Mer Moisturizing Cream, Regenerating Serum, Eye Concentrate, and the Treatment Lotion. When I first started using Creme de La Mer it blew my budget and now I realize it’s not the most expensive brand out there. So consider this as the “save”.

1450058747_giftsets_superdeluxe__35755.1430427073.380.380ERA AGELESS LUXURY SET – I might as well go for the top of the line. I reviewed the ERA AGELESS EYE SERUM and loved it enough that I’m craving the line even though it’s out of my current budget. But since this is a wishlist then this $2165.99 set (on sale from $2549.95) would make me quite happy. It contains the Firm & Lift Serum, Age Defying Moisture Cream, Elastin and Beta Carotene Mask, Triple Thermal Mask and the Powerful Deep Wrinkle Filler. ERA Ageless has other less expensive sets too that would make me just as happy.

My favorite foundations for winter – Top 10 Tuesday

Top Ten Tuesday has rolled around again and I’m excited to be sharing my favorites for foundation. I have more than on my list but just as important as my favorites are my two tools of choice so that took two spots. I purposely left out CC Creams even though I will use them in the winter but I wanted to stick with foundations for a change.

These are in no particular order. These are all sitting on my vanity right now! I may not be neat but I’m happy!!
1.
BOBBI BROWN INTENSIVE SKIN SERUM FOUNDATION is pretty new to me and pretty impressive too. It has SPF 40 in it and is available in 18 shades plus it’s very forgiving. I’ve been wanting a serum foundation and the one I bought from Armani a few years ago never felt right. The makeup artist I went to loves this foundation and gave me a sample. That brought me back to buy it. It’s very lightweight and you wouldn’t expect it to hide imperfections but it does. It feels great on my skin too.
2.
TOO FACED BORN THIS WAY ABSOLUTE PERFECTION FOUNDATION just moved into my house last week. I keep reading about it and Sephora F&F finally put me over the edge. I’ve worn it twice which really isn’t enough to put it on a list but both times I was quite happy with the way it looked and lasted. This $38 foundation comes in 18 shades and is oil-free. I love that it has ingredients to help with hydration (coconut water and hyaluronic acid are two).
3.
IT COSMETICS O2 O2 ULTRA REPAIR LIQUID OXYGEN FOUNDATION ($38) was my foundation favorite of the year for 2014 and remains a favorite 11 months later. I’m a huge fan of IT Cosmetics but with all brands some products are better than others. This is a ‘better than others’ foundation. Fair matches me perfectly but it only is available in 5 shades which might be a problem for some. One of the biggest reasons to love IT is their anti-aging ingredients (Peptides, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Niacin, Hyaluronic Acid and Grape Seed Oil plus Vitamins A, C, & E). This is actually a serum foundation which I didn’t realize until I was typing this up!!
4.
SENNA LASTING ILLUSION FOUNDATION* has been one that I’ve counted on for an airbrushed finish for almost two years. This is a fuller coverage than most of the others I own and there are many days and occasions that I crave that coverage. It’s a matte satin that reflects light away from imperfections. Senna isn’t talked about enough but in my opinion people are missing out on this great Hollywood indie brand. ($48, 7 shades)
5.
MALLY BEAUTY EFFORTLESS AIRBRUSH PERFECT SKIN MOUSSE is another foundation that people need to know about. One of the problems with Mally Beauty is that it’s hard to find – all the great places that carry the line only carry parts of Mally. This is only sold at Mally’s website and it’s worth it to shop there. The coverage with this mousse is perfection. I need so little but I could build it up if necessary. Plus it comes with a fabulous foundation brush that feels wonderful and works like a dream ($45*).
6.
GIORGIO ARMANI LUMINOUS SILK FOUNDATION – there are no words for this foundation. I’ve gone through 3 bottles since I started using it and I’m sure to go through more. It’s available in 23 shades and it’s worth every penny of the $62 cost to me. It’s weightless and oil-free and the coverage is like silk.
7.
RIMMEL LONDON LASTING FINISH FOUNDATION is the opposite in cost from Armani and not similar to it in finish, but it’s the best drugstore foundation I’ve ever bought. The problem with drugstores is being unable to test colors but I got lucky with O91 Light Ivory. At first I noticed a perfumey fragrance but once applied I noticed it for about 15 seconds and never again. If you are looking for great coverage to last through the day and you have $6.99 laying around, this is what to spend it on.
8.
GERI G INNOCENT FOUNDATION isn’t known at all. I just reviewed it again along with their Transceutical Canvas so I hope that this comes more to the forefront. It’s a medium coverage that can be built up. On the days I’m looking a little worse for the wear, I turn to this to make my skin look its best. The downside is that it only comes in 4 shades and the swatches on the website aren’t really helpful. ($38)
9.
BEAUTY BLENDER SPONGE is amazing. Don’t accept imitations. I don’t care that it’s $20 while others are much less, this is the one that works. It now comes in many colors like the new royal purple. The black one is called the Pro one but I don’t think it’s any different than my pink ones. Trust me when I tell you that this could change your makeup application.
10.
ARTIS OVAL 10 ELITE BRUSH* has become holy grail to me. It changes your paradigm about what a foundation brush is and you won’t want to look back. The softness, the bristles (2500 of them!), the ergonomics, and the luxuriousness of this $72 brush make it worth the high cost. If was told I could just take a few items out of my house this would be high up on the list. It’s that precious. Review here.

What polishes do you love for fall?

It’s Top Ten Tuesday time and it’s all about Fall nail polishes, a topic I treasure. I’m a nail polish fanatic even though I can barely paint a straight line. But I am mad about all the fall colors and determined to wear a different one each week. Here are 12 polishes that have been in my rotation lately and all are pure love! top fall nail polishes

There are 4 brands I’ve been concentrating on wearing: Sally Hansen Complete, Color Club Oil Slicks, KBShimmer’s fall collection and Faby Lacquer. I have nothing but love for these babies.

My fall nail wheel with Sally Hansen, KBShimmer, Color Club, Faby Lacquer

Favorite fall polishes from Sally Hansen, Color Club, Faby, and KBShimmer

I love this palette for fall. One thing I’m missing is a brown shimmer so I need to start looking through my polishes or else buy one soon. Thanksgiving needs a brown shimmer!

Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure in Maasai Red, Midnight Affair, Rose Glass

Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure in Maasai Red, Midnight Affair, Rose Glass

SALLY HANSEN COMPLETE SALON MANICURE worked with the designers of NYFW to create polishes that were just right for the fashions being shown on the runway. Maasai Red was developed with Tracy Reese; Midnight Affair was created for Prabal Gurung this year and Rose Glass was one of three polishes commissioned by Rodarte for their fall fashion show. I’ll have more on these polishes but these are wonderful to apply, great to wear, and the colors are beautifully pigmented. (More to come tonight.)

KBShimmer Soul Deep, Dark & Twisty, Fig-Get About It

KBShimmer Soul Deep, Soul Deep with Dark & Twisty over it, Dark & Twisty, Fig-Get About It

KBShimmer Soul Deep, Soul Deep with Dark & Twisty over it, Dark & Twisty, Fig-Get About It

I can’t get enough of KBSHIMMER Nail Polish and the Fall 2015 collection is a good example of why this is true. Lisa and I were able to review all 12 shades available and they are fall-abulous. My three favorites are Soul Deep, Dark & Twisty, and Fig-Get About It. These polishes last and last on me and never lose their fabulous shine or color. I once wore a KBShimmer Polish for 8 weeks and other than super long nails the color looked perfect. (I don’t want to wear a color for 8 weeks again which means I don’t want to break my leg again.)

Faby Nail Lacquer in Miss Scarlet I Suppose and Velvet Touch

Faby Nail Lacquer in Miss Scarlet I Suppose and Velvet Touch

FABY NAIL LACQUER isn’t a brand that you see mentioned often which is a shame. These polishes are terrific. They last for an infinitely long time on my nails and the colors stay vibrant. Miss Scarlet I Suppose is a metallic red that will carry me through to the spring. Velvet Touch is a great fall color with its deep purple/burgundy tones. When the winds are blowing Velvet Touch seems just the thing but I like to also put on a coat of something sparkly like KBShimmer Dark & Twisty after a few days to make the sun shine.

Color Club Oil Slick polishes in (clockwise from left) Sorry Not Sorry, Ice Breaker, We’ll Never Be Royals, and It’s Raining Men

COLOR CLUB POLISHES from the OIL SLICK Collection totally grabbed my eye. I had to buy them when I saw them. They are like entertainment because everywhere you go you see a different color. Just walking down the hall last night, wearing It’s Raining Men, I started seeing teal, then navy, then purple. Right now I’m seeing a tealed cobalt which then switched to a royal blurple. These polishes use Trichrom Technology to give them a multi-hued effect. Each is unique. I’ve worn 3 of my 4 and can’t wait to wear Ice Breaker since it’s a grey, teal, dusty blue. Shade shifting at its best.

While this is supposed to be Top 10 Tuesday for me it’s Top 7 Tuesday. I decided to just choose eyeshadow palettes I own and rely on rather than make a wishlist. I’m excited about my choices and recommend all of these highly. Some were received for review, others were bought, and all are loved and recommended.

LANCOME AUDA(CITY) in PARIS ($68)

LANCOME AUDA[CITY] IN PARIS

LANCOME AUDA[CITY] IN PARIS

This is the first Lancome palette I’ve bought in years. There are 16 shades in 4 finishes. They are set up almost like four individual palettes. The colors are Filigree (light gold shimmer), Choquette (peach matte), Parfait (light pink matte), Kitten Heel (gold copper shimmer) , Joie (golden brown shimmer), Voyage (muted purple matte), Sante (brown matte), Éclair (purple metallic), Exhibition (orchid shimmer), Zip Me Up (deep purple shimmer), Volcano (silvery gray shimmer),  Clock Strikes 12 (gray metallic), Audacious (smokey brown shimmer), Couture (dark brown matte), It List (black matte), Nuit (deep charcoal metallic).  This palette was designed by Lisa Eldridge who was inspired by the streets of Paris. It’s the kind of palette that takes you from day to night, from running errands or going to work to a soiree. After seeing so much hype about the palette I instantly bought it during a Lancome GWP and I’m glad that I did.

TOM FORD NUDE DIP ($80)

I reviewed this much loved palette (here) so you can see fresh pictures of it. This contains a light gold, a light rose gold, a medium taupe and a chocolate brown. It’s my one and only TF palette and if they were all like this without glitter but lots of sheen, I’d own them all.

BUTTER LONDON NATURAL CHARM ($39)*

butter LONDON now has eyeshadows called Shadow Clutches and I’m loving it. There are two ShadowClutch palettes – Natural Charm and Pretty Proper.  The shades in Natural Charm are Linen (Matte Vanilla), Quartz (Warm Beige Sheen), Camo (Dark Khaki Sheen), Camel (Matte Nude), Citrine (Coral Sheen), Leather (Matte Chocolate Brown. These are primer infused and the pigments are great. A full review is on the way.

MAKEUP REVOLUTION LONDON in MERMAIDS FOREVER ($15)*

Makeup Revolution in Mermaids Forever

Makeup Revolution in Mermaids Forever

This beautiful Ulta exclusive has 32 shades that will satisfy the needs of everyone. I know it’s early for Christmas presents but this would be a delight for any makeup lover to find in a pile of gifts. It’s affordable enough that you can buy it for gifts and one for yourself. While the theme is Mermaids with its beautiful blues, teals, and greens you’ll also find a bevy of neutrals. Makeup Revolution is a UK brand that only came to the US at Ulta stores in the summer. No swatches yet of this but they’ll be coming.

BUXOM CUSTOMIZABLE PALETTES ($40)

a Buxom Customizable Palette made by me

a Buxom Customizable Palette made by me

buxom customizable palette

buxom customizable palette

After using a buxom Customizable Palette and finding the pigmentation to be utterly amazing, I just had to put together one in the neutral family. Be sure you buy this in one bundle since separately the eyeshadows ($12 each) and empty palette would be $112. The colors in my palette are Champagne Buzz (shimmering pearl), Haute Couture (metallic java), Jetsetter (matte greige), Satin Seduction (Bisque Luster), Mix & Mingle (matte vanilla), Style Icon (Mettalic Taupe). I think you’ll have better luck finding these at Sephora since they are selling like hotcakes online.

SLEEK MAKEUP i-DIVINE STORM PALETTE ($11.99)*

Sleek Makeup Storm Palette

Sleek MakeUP Storm Palette

Sleek is another brand from the UK and is one of the most coveted brands from there. There are a lot of Sleek MakeUP iDivine palettes and I was lucky to get Storm which was one I’ve been eager to try. The shades are Sand Storm (golden brown, Snow Storm (lighter gold), Calm Before the Storm (matte beige, Thunder Storm (brassy gold), Perfect Storm (rose gold), Firestorm (bronze), Dust Storm (deeper bronze), Gathering Storm (dark pewter), Storm Cloud (teal pewter), Electric Storm (shimmery navy), Eye of the Storm (matte light brown), Blackout (matte black). What I love about this palette is that there’s a mix of matte and satin shades. Full review will follow.

MAKE UP FOR EVER 9 ARTIST SHADOW PALETTE VOLUME 1 (NUDES YOU NEED) ($42)

Make Up For Ever 9 Shadow Artist Palette volume 1

Make Up For Ever 9 Shadow Artist Palette volume 1

Make Up For Ever’s 9 Shadow Artist Palette is the oldest one in this group. Did I need another neutral palette? Of course not and at first I was a little sorry I bought it. But once I started using it I realized there were some shades that I really liked. These shades are available individually but putting 9 in a palette makes it a better buy. The shades are (going down the rows) I-528 Pearl, S-556 Taupe Gray, S-102 Onyx, I-514 Pink Ivory, D-562 Taupe Platinum, I-544 Pink Granite, ME-512 Golden Beige, ME-644 Iced Brown, D-652 Celestial Earth so it runs the gamut of finishes. I get the most use out of Pearl, Pink Ivory, Pink Granite, Golden Beige and Iced Brown. The two shades marked D (diamond) are too glittery for me) and I don’t line with black so Onyx is pristine. But 6 out of this palette makes this a buy I no longer regret.

Top Ten Tuesday is getting hairy this week

It’s hair time with the Top Ten Tuesday bloggers and this one is so easy for me since there are 4 brands that are dominating my head lately. Three of the brands I’ve written about and one is new and that’s the one that will get the most attention today.
1. KEUNE SMOOTHING CARE LINE is a line that one dozen beauty bloggers wrote about. This company has special products for every type of hair. I chose to review the Smoothing Care Line since I like straight hair that’s shiny and frizz free and Keune does exactly that for me. I love all 4 products from the line but my very favorite is the KEUNE KERATIN SMOOTHING TREATMENT. This is the best mask I’ve used in a long time. My hair is so manageable after using this that people just want to pet my head!

2.  TARA SMITH HAIRCARE –  SHINE ON was very recently reviewed and I have a giveaway going on from now until August 31, 2015 so you could win products from Tara Smith. While I’m using Shine On Shampoo and Conditioner plus Base Coat Serum, every one of the 4 lines they make is amazing. Shine On makes my hair very shiny and keeps my color treated hair from fading.

3.  ECRU NEW YORK ACACIA has been a favorite since last summer and it remains one to this day. This line contains silk protein that helps with the strength of my hair. After a disastrous summer of 2014 my hair started molting and it took a long time to get it back. ECRU New York Acacia was the line I preferred during this time because it was so gentle. My favorite product from this line is their Acacia Protein BB Cream which I reach for quite often.

4.  Last but not least is the newest addition to my life – HAIR LA VIE. There are two products that I use from Hair La Vie and what makes these so special to me is the difference they are making in the growth of my hair. I’m using the Hair La Vie Revitalizing Blend of supplements as well as the Moroccan Repair Serum. Nothing grows hair quickly but I’ve noticed a big difference already after just 30 days with these products.

HAIR LA VIE MOROCCAN REPAIR SERUM is a hydration treatment. It’s to be used on damp hair that’s lightly towel dried. I need the tiniest amount of this serum since it’s so powerful that it will make my hair limp if I use too much. My theory is to always start with a little and add more if you need it since you can’t undo things. This serum is packed with argan oil along with 7 essential oils and vitamins. “Formulated specifically for those with weak, damaged, brittle hair and split ends, due to coloring, chemical processing, heat styling and harsh climates.” I’m very happy with the way my hair looks after applying this.

HAIR LA VIE REVITALIZING BLEND is a supplement that I take twice a day. It’s just called Hair La Vie since it was the first product that was created by the company. It’s an all-natural vitamin that helps with hair growth as well as hair repair. It stimulates hair’s growth and I’m finding that my hair looks healthy again.

Now I can’t tell you what to take supplement/vitamin wise but I know that I’ll continue with this. As you age so does your hair and I want youthful looking hair. This contains 5000 mcg of biotin in the two tablets and I’m sure that’s what is making my hair full again. I’ve stopped taking a multi-vitamin since this has everything I need. There’s no taste and they are easy to swallow. I’m thrilled that I was introduced to these. I’ve even got a little more energy which is a good side effect.

I’m sure reading what the other Top Ten bloggers have to share will be interesting. We always seem to take different tacks to these articles. Have you used any of the products I’m loving? — Marcia
