Wantable Intimates Collection January 2015

I am always excited when a new collection arrives from Wantable.com, so I ripped that box right open when the January Intimates Collection arrived.  While my Intimates Collection for January had only three items, it still made my heart skip a beat.

Wantable 2015 Intimates CollectionPrevious collections have focused a little more on, shall we say, ‘jazzing things up’ in the boudoir.  My selection for this month is all about the practical side with comfortable staple items I definitely need.

Wantable Intimates Collection K.Bell Socks

Wantable Intimates Collection K.Bell Socks

1.  K. Bell Knee High Patterned Socks (retail value $9)  I love these socks.  The mix of brown, purple, grey and pink is lots of fun, and they are longer which is my preference.  I can’t stand socks that cut me in half at the calf.  Being able to choose sock length is a definite perk with the new collections.  These are extremely soft and comfy, just what I need to keep my feet warm through the winter months.

Wantable Intimates Collection Muk Luks

2.  Muk Luks Fleece Lined Tights (retail value $15)  I am becoming a bit obsessive about Muk Luks this winter.  Because they are lined with fleece, they are the ultimate in comfort and warmth.  It feels like wearing cozy pajamas, which is an awesome thing when working all day!  These look great with a long flowing top and knee-high boots.

Wantable Intimates Collection Waist Watcher

3.  Firm Control Shaping Bodysuit – Waist Watcher (retail value $48):  Well.  How did Wantable.com know that I needed this?  It eliminates the dreaded back fat rolls and creates a smooth waist.  I really like how I can wear my own bra, and the straps are adjustable.  This is a great shapewear piece that is unlike any other I own.  Awesome!

The retail value of my Intimates Collection this month is $72, a very nice haul for a $36 a month subscription.  Sometimes the Intimates Collection is more about sexy fun, which is great – but a variety is awesome, and I am totally digging my box of comfortable, practical items that will always come in handy. Keeping comfy for the holidays with Kushyfoot!

Ahhh, it’s finally Thanksgiving.  I love this holiday!  Wonderful food, great times with family, that comfy, cozy feeling….it’s a great holiday.  I dress for major comfort, which makes me think of Kushyfoot.  Kushyfoot sent us a few items to test, and several have become such favorites of mine I rarely even put them away.  I just leave them out on my dresser so I can grab them quick!

Kushyfoot socks and tights

Kushyfoot has tights and socks that feature a ‘massaging sole’ so they are unbelievably comfortable to wear.  Seriously, it’s a pleasure to sink my legs and feet into these.  There are several socks that I adore, like the Opaque and the Diamond Pattern ($6.99 – $7.49) because they look awesome with flats or heels, and they are also so nice when I wear skinny jeans and boots.  They even have Fishnet trouser socks that look incredibly chic but do some reflexology as I walk around.  Love them!

Kushyfoot Fleece Trouser Socks

What I really live in, though, are the Shaping Tights ($9.99).  They are lined with fleece so they are the most functional yet stylish tights I have.  It’s like slipping into the softest, warmest pajamas…I always feel like I am getting away with something when I wear these to work!

Kushyfoot Shaping Tights

I wrote about these a while ago, but it’s worth mentioning the Flats to Go ($9.99) again.  With holiday parties looming, the prospect of difficult shoes and mega dance offs aren’t far away.  These cute flats are perfect for aching feet, not to mention long and involved sessions of the ‘Wobble’.

Kushyfoot Flats to Go

Kushyfoot actually has over 40 different styles of socks and tights, so there is a style of uber-foot comfort for everyone.  This line is available in over 10,000 stores, so keep a look out for it!  You can also find them online at www.kushyfoot.com.

Have a wonderful, happy, and comfy Thanksgiving today!!  – Lisa

Wantable November 2014 Intimates Subscription Box

Wantable 2014 November IntimatesAhhh…time to get all warm and cozy.  I am all about comfort, and my Wantable Intimates Subscription Box for November has just what I need!  The box Wantable sent me this month for review has four items and every one is a winner.

Wantable has recently changed their Intimates Subscription Box so now customers are sent 3 or 4 items of greater value, instead of 4 or 5 items.  The quiz has gotten an overhaul too, and now has a new lingerie category, inseam sizing, and more specific color and style questions.  The result for me this month was pretty terrific.

Wantable 2014 November Intimates 3

I wear tights all the time, so I was beyond happy to find MUK LUKS Fleece Lined Footless Tights (retail value $12.50) in my subscription box.  They are sooo soft and warm…just perfect for fall and winter.

Wantable 2014 November Intimates 2

The perfect undies for jean are the Icy Hot Seamless Boyshort (retail value $10).  Because they are seamless they don’t bunch up or create pantylines.  If people are mentioning your unmentionables, they don’t fit you correctly.  No one is going to mention these…except maybe my husband.

Wantable 2014 November Intimates 6

Wantable 2014 November Intimates 7

The Nomad Teal Romper (retail value $28) is so cute!!  The fabric is like long underwear, and is a fun teal with gray hearts.  My romper, some fuzzy slippers, and a cup of hot chocolate and I am set for the night.

Wantable 2014 November Intimates 4

Wantable 2014 November Intimates 5

The most stunning item in my Wantable November Intimates Box is the Rene Rofe Electrifying Lace Chemise (retail value $48).  Slippery soft thanks to the spandex, this beautiful black chemise with pink polka dots and pink lace trim is fantastic.  It’s sleek, sexy and cozy all at the same time.

Retail value this month?  $98.50.  Definitely worth a Wantable subscription, which is $36 a month.  It’s too cold to go out shopping, so I love getting a box of beautiful surprises delivered right to my door.  The recent changes have only made the Intimate Subscription Box an even better fit, so it’s a great time to spoil yourself and get a subscription.  – Lisa

Wantable 2014 October Intimates 11

The Intimates box was so small on the outside – it was actually about half the size I typically expect from Wantable, so it was like a Christmas miracle when all these goodies popped out.

1.  Ozone Socks Checkerboard Knee Socks (retail value $20)  Wantable has updated their preference quiz, so I was able to specify long knee socks and no short socks.  These stylish socks are extremely comfy and they stay put – one of my sock requirements!

2.  NikiBiki Cami in Cobalt (retail value $18)  This jersey cami is actually like shapewear, holding in that muffin top.  It’s a great fall color and is fab under a coordinating plaid flannel shirt.

3.  Rene Rofe Read Between the Lines Boyshort (retail value $12):  This is my second pair of Rene Rofe undies and I am a big fan.  These are called boyshorts, but they are actually more of a hipster, which I prefer.  And look at that gorgeous lace detail!!  These are functional drawers that are also fashionable and just sexy enough.
