Zoella Scooper Dooper Foaming Bath Soak

Zoella Scooper Dooper Foaming Bath Soak

I love taking baths and I really love smelling good so my two Zoella items are a perfect mix for me! The Scooper Dooper Foaming Bath Soak ($11) is a big tub of bubble bath.  It smells fabulous, super fresh and slightly floral, and it does fantastic things to your bath water and to your skin.

Zoella Scooper Dooper Foaming Bath Soak

Zoella Scooper Dooper Foaming Bath Soak

This thick bubble bath has vitamin E, shea butter, and aloe which are all incredibly soothing. You don’t need much of the bubble bath for tons of thick, rich bubbles so this tub will last a very long time.

Follow up a nice, hot bubble bath with a generous spritz of the Blissful Mistful Body Mist ($12.95) for a fantastic treat.

Top notes are strawberry and grapefruit, middle notes are violet, jasmine, and gardenia, and base notes are vanilla and musk. It’s a soft, sweet, feminine scent that is warm and cozy, and simply perfect after a Scooper Dooper Foaming Bath Soak bubble bath.

Marcia is enjoying Wondrous Whip Body Cream and Pretty Polished Sugar Scrub

Zoella Wondrous Whip body cream and Pretty Polished sugar scrub

Zoella Wondrous Whip body cream and Pretty Polished sugar scrub

Somewhere along the way the original Marcia who wrote on Beauty Info Zone and had no tolerance for anything fragranced got replaced by the new Marcia who has an appreciation for mild fragrances. We’re not sure where old Marcia went but the new one is having a lot more fun.

Zoella Pretty Polished Sugar Scrub

Zoella Pretty Polished Sugar Scrub

Zoella Pretty Polished Sugar Scrub ($12) is the newest bath/body product that is in my shower. This is a gentle scrub that makes my skin feel soft for days. It is a very light fragranced scrub with tiny seeds to make it a little scrubby. It starts as a solid balm that I scoop out with my fingers.

Zoella Pretty Polished Sugar Scrub

Zoella Pretty Polished Sugar Scrub

The scent is described as fresh and floral. Floral is the part that usually annoys me but this is definitely a fresh smell and the fragrance doesn’t linger. I really like this on my legs as it buffs away dry skin and leaves my legs looking softer and cleaner.

Zoella Pretty Polished Sugar Scrub

Zoella Pretty Polished Sugar Scrub

You can find this large jar at Target or target.com. I love that the jar is a heavy plastic so I’m not afraid it might slip in the shower, in addition I’ll be able to get every bit out with its wide opening.

Zoella Wondrous Whip Body Cream

Zoella Wondrous Whip Body Cream

Zoella Wondrous Whip Body Cream ($12) has a complementary fragrance although I think it’s even lighter than the scrub. It’s got a mousse like texture and is light as air. It spreads with ease leaving skin feeling silky.

Zoella Wondrous Whip Body Cream

Zoella Wondrous Whip Body Cream

Zoella Wondrous Whip Body Cream contains extracts of Vitamin E, Aloe, and Shea Butter so you know your skin is being nourished while it’s being softened. You’ll want to run your hands over your skin when this is part of your daily routine; you just won’t believe how you feel transformed with its silkiness.

Zoella Wondrous Whip Body Cream

Zoella Wondrous Whip Body Cream

All 4 of these Zoella bath and body products work well with each other. The scents are similar but different enough to make owning all 4 work unique. Putting together a basket of Zoella would make you and yours feel pampered. And it’s easily found at Target.

Welcoming spring with Jane Iredale’s newest collection

jane iredale spring collection

The sun is finally shining and spring flowers are starting to pop up. While the BIZ team loves those signs of spring, an even greater sign is this collection from Jane Iredale that we were sent.

This Spring Color collection is aptly named Makeup on Nude and contains 2 peachy pink eyeshadow trios, 2 new Pure Moist lipsticks, a new cream blush stick, and a new Peaches & Cream Bronzer. Sounds and looks beautiful.jane iredale look

Jane Iredale’s philosophy is that cosmetics should be good for your skin and easy to apply. “Her goal is to make products that look good, feel good and are good for the skin.  Products must be easy to apply, as well, so that a woman can be her best in the shortest amount of time.” She achieved this in her latest collection. Thank you Jane!

When Lisa and I divided these up I grabbed the InTouch Cream Blush in Candid. Years ago I had this in Clarity and loved it. These blushes are small but mighty. They are perfect to take with you because they’ll fit in your purse/makeup bag without being bulky. The tube may be short but the top is perfect for application. This just glides on and smooths out easily. It’s not a tacky blush because it’s a cream to powder formula.

Candid is one of 5 shades and one I highly recommend for spring. It contains just the right amount of peach to make it spring perfect. My favorite cream blushes have always been from Jane Iredale and this is no exception. Most cream blushes aren’t in it for the long run but Candid In Touch Cream Blush sticks around. I love the color and I love that there’s no fragrance.

Mineral Quad Bronzer in Peaches & Cream isn’t a bronzer on me at all. Instead it’s a multi-use powder that will add a beautiful shine but no shimmer. I’ve used this all over by taking a fluffy brush or fan brush and sweeping it on my face to liven up all this winter paleness. I’ve even used it as eyeshadows since the colors individually are so beautiful.

When I sweep my brush evenly across the 4 shades I end up with a peach shade that isn’t orange on me. It lightens and brightens at the same time. I use this all over very lightly or I’ll concentrate on my cheekbones.

I’m all about eyeshadow but I saved it for last so that you can see the two trios that are just fabulous. I have PurePressed Eyeshadow Trio in Pink Quartz while Lisa will share the other new trio in Soft Kiss. You’ll fall for them both!

Jane Iredale PurePressed Eyeshadow Trio in Pink Quartz

Jane Iredale PurePressed Eyeshadow Trio in Pink Quartz

This is a little bit of heaven for me. They are exactly the colors I’ve been craving lately. I had put together a similar trio but it took me three different palettes to create it. My vanity was filled. Then I opened Pink Quartz and sighed. This single compact has everything I love. According to Jane Iredale it has matte light pink, shimmery soft pink and shimmery cool plum. To me and on me though I find it to be a matte very light pink, a shimmery peach, and a shimmery taupe that’s not too dark.

I’ve added the bronze shade in the Peaches & Cream Bronzer refill too for a little more definition. The shadows look powdery when I take a brush to them but they aren’t that way on my eyes at all. I have had no fallout but I have had full day coverage with an eyeshadow primer. The colors are beautiful, they last long, and they can be used wet or day. Plus they are vegan and cruelty free. Jane Iredale Soft Kiss Purepressed Eyeshadow Triple

Jane Iredale Soft Kiss Purepressed Eyeshadow Triple

My PurePressed Eyeshadow Triple is called Soft Kiss. The shades are a red based purple/mauve, slightly shimmery brownish taupe, and matte warm pink. I am very indecisive so putting together colors can be a real challenge for me. That’s why I love trios, and this one is a real winner. I use the lightest shade as an all over wash, the taupe shade in the crease, then the darkest shade also in the crease and down to line my upper lid. It makes for a very pretty, feminine eye, especially with deep black eyeliner and tons of mascara.

The eyeshadows are soft yet pigmented, and they don’t fade or crease on me. Nicely done, Jane Iredale!

Jane Iredale Pure Moist Lipstick in Lisa

Jane Iredale Pure Moist Lipstick in Lisa

The PureMoist Lipstick ($25) comes in a whopping 27 shades and the two new shades for spring are Lisa and Susan. This lipstick has a nice slip and a natural coverage – not too sheer and not too opaque. Even if you don’t normally wear lipstick I think you will like this one. The ingredients include natural oils and superfruit extracts, so lips feel very soft without any fragrance or taste.

Lisa is a creamy rose beige. Of course I love the name (!!) but I also love this shade, which is a fabulously neutral color that goes with everything. Lisa is one for the purse because you will find yourself reaching for this all-purpose lippie constantly no matter what time of day and what color your outfit.

MARCIA IS LOVING BRAVO AND LUV IT

Bombshell Cosmetics Long Lasting Liquid Lip Colors, Moisturizing Gloss and OOPS Remover

Bombshell Cosmetics Long Lasting Liquid Lip Colors, Moisturizing Gloss and OOPS Remover

LipSense is a company that’s been around for a long time but they’ve changed for the better. I tried their products many many moons ago and didn’t care for them. Maybe it’s that I wasn’t used to long wear lipstick, maybe it was that I didn’t quite “get” liquid lipstick, or maybe it was that the colors were too dark for me. Whichever maybe it turned out to be, it’s all changed for me now. With 70 shades to choose from it was really hard to narrow it down. When I told Lauren that I liked a light natural lip she sent both Bravo and Luv It.

LipSense talks a lot about layering colors and having two shades is perfect for layering. BRAVO is a warm matte peachy nude that shows up quite nude on my pale lips. I’ve used it two ways: as a base for Luv It and over Luv It other times. I can see this becoming the perfect lipstick for my future purchases if they are darker than I normally wear.

Bombshell Cosmetics LipSense in Bravo

LUV IT is a gorgeous pinky peach LipSense and it’s named appropriately for my taste. It’s a perfect shade for me since I never want my lips to be what you see first yet they are finished in a flattering color.

What you want to buy two of is their Gloss because you’ll want to apply this throughout the day. I have Moisturizing Gloss and it lives up to its name.

Bombshell Cosmetics LipSense Moisturizing Gloss

Bombshell Cosmetics LipSense Moisturizing Gloss

I don’t really like the feel of gloss so I don’t wear it often but this isn’t sticky and my hair isn’t attracted to it. It’s miraculous in that way. It really helps to keep your color fresh looking and your lips looking lively.

Bombshell Cosmetics LipSense

Then there’s OOPS to help remove your lips at the end of the day and to help if you make an OOPS when applying.

The only problem I’ve found with Bombshell Cosmetics is that these colors sell out quickly. I’m dying to buy Pink Champagne and another gloss (I want one in the house and one in my purse) so I’ve emailed Lauren (laurenwilliamson@gmail.com) to find out when Pink Champagne will be available. I can’t wait to hear back from her.bombshell cosmetics business card

LISA LOVES FLEUR de LISA

Happily, Bombshell Cosmetics sent me the shade Fleur de Lisa…how appropriate!  I love the color, a shimmery medium pink. It’s definitely a shade I wear often, so the possibility of wearing this all day long without having to reapply sounded great to me.  Here is what I found:

Bombshell Cosmetics LipSense in Fleur de Lisa

  1.  Make sure your lips are truly dry.  One time I used this about fifteen minutes after putting on some lip cream, and it just didn’t wear well.  Clean and dry means clean and dry!
  2. With my shade, one coat was very light.  Two coats mean a pretty but still light pink.  Three coats was perfect for enough pigmentation, shimmer, and wear.
  3. Be sure to shake that bottle!!!  If it’s not well shaken, it doesn’t have as much pigmentation.Bombshell Cosmetics Lipsense
  4. Resist the urge to press your lips together in between applications.  It doesn’t take long to dry, and I get much better results when I am good about it.
  5. The hydrating lip gloss is fantastic.  It gives amazing slip without being sticky.  Love it…I even use it when I don’t wear the pink shade!Bombshell Cosmetics Lipsense
  6. With properly prepped lips, I got a good 8+hours of excellent wear time.  I have to say, this is one of the best long-wearing lip products I have ever used.  And if I get a little overzealous in my application, the Oops! Remover cleans up those edges quickly and easily.

Now that you’ve seen 3 of the 70 shades, it’s time to visit Bombshell Cosmetics to find out more and when you can get a hold of these lovelies!  We think that Lipsense really makes sense – beautiful colors and excellent wear that doesn’t dry out lips.  What more could you ask for??  – Marcia and Lisa

Double the control with Lash Control

Are your eyes lost without mascara? Do you depend on your mascara to make you more visible to the world? Do you love learning about the best mascaras available? If you answered yes to any of these questions then you are in for a treat learning about Lash Control. What makes Lash Control unique is that it just as easily could be called Squeeze Control. This mascara and the accompanying brow fix have unusual packaging with a center squeeze area that changes that amount of mascara that releases when you apply. You are in control of your destiny with these mascaras. The more you squeeze, the less mascara is deposited on the brush. Interesting!! There are two formulas that we’ll talk about as we each tested a different one.

Lash Control

Lisa’s experience:

I tested the ClearCoat Mascara and Brow-Fix and the Volumizing and Conditioning Mascara 2xBLACK. I know that the fascination with these is the squeezable middle portion that gives you far more control over how much product is dispensed. However, I actually think that innovative feature isn’t the major reason to purchase these two products.

Lash ControlLash ControlLash ControlWhile it seems a little strange, the best look for eyebrows is to brush them right straight up. It really opens the eye area and is very flattering. I do this every morning, but without a good brow gel they fall right back into that complacent resting position. I need a firm brow gel to tame and hold my brows in place – but without the crunchy stiffness, thank you very much. The Lash Control ClearCoat Mascara and Brow-Fix absolutely does the job for me! It has the squeeze-y center but again, it’s really secondary to the fact that this is a great brow gel. It does exactly what it needs to – holds my brows in place all day without looking or feeling weirdly stiff.  It’s a winner!

Lash ControlLash ControlLash ControlI guess the control center for the Volumizing and Conditioning Mascara matters a little more to me – it’s pretty cool to be able to vary the amount of product and it definitely takes care of any potential clumps. But besides that, this is just a truly terrific mascara. Lashes are very soft and flexible, but thick, long, and super black…and no smearing. None. Hooray!! Love this mascara and I have no doubt that you will too.

Wearing Lash Control Volumizing and Conditioning Mascara and ClearCoat Mascara and Brow-Fix

Wearing Lash Control Volumizing and Conditioning Mascara and ClearCoat Mascara and Brow-Fix

Marcia’s experience:

Lash Control ClearCoat Mascara and Brow-Fix and Lash Control Lengthening and Conditioning Mascara and Brow

Lash Control ClearCoat Mascara and Brow-Fix and Lash Control Lengthening and Conditioning Mascara

My test was for Lash Control’s Lengthening and Conditioning Mascara which is different from my usual pick of a volumizing mascara. I haven’t used a mascara known for length in a long time so it was a good choice for me. I’ll tell you what I love best about it — it never ever flakes on me. No matter how long my day is, no matter if I take a nap, I have no flakes from early morning to late at night.

Lash Control Lengthening and Conditioning Mascara

Lash Control Lengthening and Conditioning Mascara

When I first started to use it I wasn’t paying attention so each time I’d squeeze the pink middle section and wondered why it was such a dry mascara. Then I read the website and realized I was doing the exact opposite of what I should be doing! I know now that the trick for my first coats is to use the mascara straight from the tube. But I still squeeze but that’s for applying another coat. I like to go back over the tips of my lashes to add some volume to the length and that’s when I want a clearer brush. I love how long this mascara lasts on me and that I never have to think about it if I’m going out at night.

Lash Control length

Lash Control length

Lash Control Lengthening and Conditioning Mascara

Lash Control Lengthening and Conditioning Mascara

Conditioning mascara formulas are non-irritating*. With loads of botanicals in a hydrating beeswax base, ingredients include Gingko Biloba, Chamomile Flower Extract, Ginseng Root Extract and many more. Our formulas accentuate length with the ability add volume with layers as desired. Lashes stay flexible to the touch. No smearing or flaking.

Lash Control Clear Coat Mascara and Brow Fix

Lash Control Clear Coat Mascara and Brow Fix

I’ve also used the Clear Coat Mascara and Brow Fix both on my lashes and my brows but I’m sticking with it on my brows. My lashes are thin so they get weighed down easily and since Lash Control never flakes on me I don’t need the extra protection of a clear coat. But I like to use this on my brows to keep the powder staying fresh all day. Even when I got my hair tinted and water got on them, they stayed color true with the addition of Lash Control Clear Coat Brow Fix.

These three products from LASH CONTROL are winners in our books and we think they’d be the same in your books. Whether you want length, volume, or control you’ll find it with these.

Mally Beauty brings “gorgois” to life

We believe that Mally Beauty needs no introduction. Mally Rontal is known not only for her personal beauty but also for her perky personality and wonderful line of cosmetics. We feel so lucky to have received some of her latest products and want to share these “gorgois” products with you.

MARCIA is loving H3 Gel Lipstick

Mally H3 Gel Lipstick

Mally H3 Gel Lipstick

Mally H3 Gel Lipstick in Flush and Nudish

Mally H3 Gel Lipstick in Flush and Nudish

Mally Beauty has created a brand new line of lipstick that are incredibly comfortable to wear. No dry lips will occur with H3 GEL LIPSTICK. Like the name suggests they have a gel like finish but apply and look like a full cover lipstick.

Available in 12 shades there’s going to be one for everyone’s taste. The pigment is rich and my lips feel so nourished in the two shades I have. Colors available are Grapevine, Rosy, Poppie, Nudish, Buff, Coraline, Angelic, Sheerly, Crush, Hibiscus, Flame and Flush. Let’s talk about the name H3 GEL LIPSTICK, okay? H3 stands for triple hydration since that’s what these lipsticks are all about. Gel means it’s not a wax based lipstick, instead it’s gel based. The gel helps these glide on your lips and helps to keep your lips feeling soft.

Mally H3 Gel Lipstick in Flush

Mally H3 Gel Lipstick in Flush

Flush is a beautiful bright pink hue that perks up my complexion and brightens my look. It’s a delight to open when you see the faceted bullet and a delight to apply. But I do have a warning, don’t roll up the tube too far since the lipstick itself can be delicate and break off in the tube.

Mally H3 Gel Lipstick in Flush

Mally H3 Gel Lipstick in Flush

My second shade is Nudish which takes me beyond the typical nudes that I wear. In the tube it appeared darker and browner than my taste gears but this is an example of “don’t judge a book by its cover” since it’s so much lighter and flattering once on than I expected.

Mally H3 Gel Lipstick in Nudish

Mally H3 Gel Lipstick in Nudish

Mally H3 Gel Lipstick in Nudish

Mally H3 Gel Lipstick in Nudish

This nude is not ghostly in any way. It’s more of a mauve with nude undertones. Of course your mileage may vary since your skin chemistry could affect the color. For someone like me who loves a light lipstick, I’m totally comfortable with this subtle shade.

Mally H3 Gel Lipstick in Nudish

Mally H3 Gel Lipstick in Nudish

Not only are they gorgois but they hydrate so you can’t go wrong – just don’t twist the tube too high.Mally More is More Mascara and Eyeshadow

LISA is loving Shadow Stick Extra Eyeshadow and More is More MascaraMally Shadow Stick Extra in Burnished Bronze

Mally Shadow Stick Extra in Burnished Bronze

Mally Shadow Stick Extra in Burnished Bronze

Marcia got some gorgois lips and I went for gorgois eyes. The Shadow Stick Extra Eyeshadow ($25) comes in ten different colors: Shimmering Mauve, Royal Plum, Pink Champagne, Burnished Bronze, Champagne, Autumn Shimmer, Chocolate Diamond, Marina, Storm, and Over The Taupe…shades ranging from the light creamy Champagne to deep blue Marina. This is a cream eyeshadow that applies super smooth and gives a good 45 seconds of smudging playtime before setting. I usually stay away from cream eyeshadows because they just don’t last on me but this stays on all day without creasing or fading. The rounded edge makes it perfect for a thick line along the lash line, which I then like to finish off with a thin black eyeliner. My shade is Burnished Bronze, a gorgeous shimmery medium brown. This is too dark for me to use as a wash but there are several lighter shades that I am dying to try that look perfect for that job. Mally More is More MascaraMally More is More Mascara wand

They say you can never be too rich or too skinny and I think you can never have thick enough eyelashes. More is More Mascara ($20) is right up my alley, because this awesome mascara grabs every single eyelash and makes them thicker, longer, and lusher…each coat delivering on the ‘more is more’ promise. Mally Shadow Stick Extra and More is More MascaraOne of my favorite mascaras is the Mally Volumizing Mascara and I have to say I think I might love More is More Mascara even…yup, you guessed it…more! It gives me ultra black lashes, and the brush really grips onto lashes for a very dramatic look. One coat is great for day, two coats really make for WOW lashes.
Mally Shadow Stick Extra and More is More Mascara

There are so many great items in Mally’s line that make for a ‘gorgois’ look, from lips to eyes. Be sure to check out these products and more at Ulta.com.

C’mon and play with Jesse’s Girl eyeshadow palettes

It’s been fun for us at Beauty Info Zone to have some new toys from Jesse’s Girl Cosmetics. We’re learning so much about these amazingly reasonably priced cosmetics, especially about the quality of these. Today Marcia and Lisa have two different palettes that Jesse’s Girl has created. But before we begin we want to share a code for 20% off. What’s better than getting something wonderful for less money? At checkout from now until February 28, 2017 use the code JG2017BIZ to get your discount from their website.

Now it’s time to learn about some choices you have!

MARCIA has the BACK STAGE COLLECTION, NATURAL NUDES COLLECTION ($6.99)

Jesse's Girl Natural Nudes Collection

Jesse’s Girl Natural Nudes Collection

Natural Nudes has the typical nude shades we all like to use but this is not a boring nude palette. Oh no, these shadows have a kick to them. There are 10 office to party shadows that have great pigment to them. 5 shimmered shadows and 5 matte shadows make a perfect combination.

Jesse's Girl Natural Nudes Collection

Jesse’s Girl Natural Nudes Collection

On the top row you’ll find the lightly shimmered satiny eyeshadows along with one matte. The palette is on the warm side but not so warm that they look yellow, I actually should describe them as neutral warm. None of the shadows have glitter which is what makes it perfect for all day use.

#1 is a very light warm pink with no visible glitter; #2 is peachy pink with a light amount of shimmer, it looks lighter on than in the palette; #3 is a version of rose gold; #4 is deceptive in the palette since it looks taupe but applies with a touch of pink, it’s not often you’ll find a pinky taupe so the uniqueness is terrific; #5 is a matte chocolate; and #6 is a beautiful shimmered dark purple, this can look black but it has great purple undertones and a touch of reddish shimmer.

On the bottom are the 4 matte shades that make for perfect base colors, browbone shades or transition color. There’s a matte shade in here to match everyone.

Jesse's Girl Natural Nudes bottom matte shades

Oops, I reversed them so excuse me!! The shades range from cream to light beige, to light tan to a light milk chocolate. These are incredibly smooth and easy to work with. I find that the light beige (second from left below) gives me a great base and brow shade.

Jesse's Girl Natural Nudes

Jesse’s Girl Natural Nudes

I’m very happy with this palette and once I see Lisa’s I will probably want to place an order myself.

LISA has BACK STAGE COLLECTION, SOUNDS OF THE CITY ($6.99)

I have the Sounds of the City Collection. This is a collection of neutral mattes and soft shimmers. It’s a perfect palette for those who prefer a more natural look, which is rather ironic given the name. The colors all lean cooler than the one Marcia tested and only one eyeshadow veers toward frosty.Jesses Girl Sounds of the City Collection

Jesses Girl Sounds of the City

The bottom row has the matte base shades, and the top row has the shimmery shades. The pigmentation in most of them is excellent, with only a few needed more packed on for a little more ‘oomph’ – #3 and #4.

#1 is a shimmery cream – this one has the most shimmer and is actually on the frosty side. #2 is a golden brown. #3 is a light golden brown. #4 is a light creamy tan. #5 is a shimmery taupe. #6 is a very pretty shimmery steel grey.

The bottom row has all matte shades. #7 is a matte cream. #8 is a matte medium brown. #9 is a matte dark brown. #10 is a matte blue grey.

Jesses Girl Sounds of the City top row left swatches

Jesses Girl Sounds of the City top row right swatches

#1 needs a very light hand or it becomes quite frosty – not a good look on my middle age eyelids. #3 and #4 are very light shades that make great lid colors, but I do find I have to dig my brush into the shadow to get enough product to really show up. #6 makes for a beautiful smoky eye. The shimmer is excellent – just enough to give the shades complexity yet still be tame enough for the work day.

Jesses Girl Sounds of the City bottom row swatches

The bottom row are all matte shades, and I find I use them most often. I love #7 as a base shade with some thick black liner and loads of mascara. #8 and #10 are great crease shades and #9 is beautiful with tons of pigment.

For just under $7, these eyeshadow palettes are a steal – why not pick up both of them? Jesse’s Girl continues to impress us and we know you are going to love it too.

Don’t forget that you can get 20% off your entire order on Jessesgirl.com using the code JG2017BIZ through the end of February.

We both were already fans of PRITI NYC but now the fans have been blowing with 1 treatment and 3 beautiful shades. We’ve previously shared neutrals and brights and updated pastels so there’s much to be found in these vegan, gluten-free, and cruelty free line. They name their polishes after similar colored plants and flowers which we find enchanting.

CASTLE CACTUS:

Castle Cactus #593 is not a typical Marcia shade. I don’t wear teals or greens often but this is such a soft color and has the requisite shimmer that I love. This was such a pleasure to wear. There’s a mix of teal and green to create this stunner.

It wore beautifully for 7 full days without a chip in sight. I enjoyed this shade so much more than expected and look forward to wearing it again.

RED PARROT TULIP:

The second polish I have is Red Parrot Tulip #329 which is a beautiful creme polish that glides on. There’s no pooling in my cuticle area even when I apply it myself. The description “deep orange opaque red” is absolutely perfect.

This is a shade that is perfect 365 days of the year and will be a stunner for a pedicure. The color is rich and with 2 coats is fully opaque. It doesn’t stain which many polishes this deep can.

Priti NYC Cuticle Oil

Soy Cuticle Oil with Geranium

I actually took one look at my nails and grabbed the Soy Cuticle Oil with Geranium instead of a color…the winter just ravages my skin and cuticles.  I needed this oil so badly…it instantly softened all the rough edges and after about three days I had significantly less issues with hangnails.  Thank goodness!

I don’t normally go for blue polish but this one was so pretty I couldn’t resist.  It’s a lovely metallic silvery blue shimmer.  I don’t think I have any pastel blue shimmer polishes so this is definitely a welcome addition to my collection.Priti NYC Morning Glory 668Priti NYC Morning Glory 668Priti NYC Morning Glory 668Priti NYC Morning Glory 668

One coat is rather sheer, so it takes two coats to become opaque.  It wears extremely well.  I actually forgot to put on a topcoat, and two coats lasted an entire week before needed one to freshen it up.

How can you beat a natural nail polish? We love that Priti Polishes are safe, non-toxic, and have absolutely no toluene, formaldehyde, or DBP’s. The 12.6 ml. bottle the house the polishes are completely recyclable. Plus all the other fab features:  fast drying, chip resistant, non-yellowing, contain a UV inhibitor, and glossy durability.

The Soy Cuticle Oil with Geranium, Castle Cactus, Red Parrot Tulip, and Morning Glory certainly float our boats!  Head over to Good Earth Beauty and see which Priti NYC Polishes are pretty perfect for you.
