KBShimmer knows nails and knows how to put together beautiful nail polish collections. I was lucky enough to receive 3 of the spring polishes and I’m aching for more. Spring 2015 is loaded with 12 new colors that will satisfy every nail lover. If you are a glitter fan you’ll fall in love with Meow or Never, Sweet Egg-scape, To Peach His Own, Cool Hand Cuke, Funky Cold Patina, Wind Swarm and I’m so Sweet Pea. Just the names are enough to make you want to go shopping!
These fun shades will make you smile and have everyone grabbing to hold your hand (they actually just want to see the polish though).
WIND SWARM starts with an aquamarine base and mixes in glitters in purple, pink, gold and white. Then there’s a hint of micro glitter so that you can sparkle. It’s a crelly finish with different size glitter within.
SWEET EGG-SCAPE is Easter having a party on your hands. It’s starts off with a pale pink base and adds in shaped glitter. You can find stars, triangles, dots, squares and hexes playing together. It too is a crelly and has different sizes of these glitters within.
If you aren’t into glitters, KBShimmer has the answer with the rest of the collection: Eyes White Open, Blush Money, Ins and Spouts, Blued Lines and Thistle Be The Day. All but Eyes White Open are holographic polishes that are ahhhmazing!
THISTLE BE THE DAY is a polish that makes me stop in my tracks. It has everything I love to see on my hands. So many holographic polishes only look good in bright light but Thistle Be The Day is an ultra-holo and shines indoor or out. It’s named after the thistle plant which is a pale pinkish purple. It’s a linear holo with embedded micro glitter that you can’t feel but you can see. It made my day for 7 days straight.
I’m personally enchanted with KBShimmer polishes. I love supporting indie companies and KBShimmer gives back to their customers with their Reward Program. KBShimmer does not test any of our products on animals.
Which of these is your favorite? Are you a glitter girl or a holographic honey? — Marcia
