Little did I know when I was sent DESSATA, a new detangling brush, that I’d be thrilled with it for my entire family. I was the kind of kid, teen, adult that brushed my hair all the time. When I was teaching I wanted my hair looking neat and professional so I kept brushes in my desk and purse. As times have loosened I’m less controlling about my hair but I still want it straight and looking its best. That’s poured over into my daycare life since I’ve been frustrated many times with my 3 year old granddaughter’s hair. She won’t let me brush it – until now.
Dessata is a professional tool sold for $12.99 at Target and Amazon. It takes away all the difficulty of brushing and detangling hair. I can use it on my wet hair after a shower and it doesn’t pull or break off my ends even if I haven’t put a leave-in conditioner in yet. I use it on my dry hair to help me look put together.
I’ve had my husband use it and we’ve used it on my grandson when he has what we call Bedhead. It works well on all 4 of us. My granddaughter at last allows me to brush through her hair which was such a challenge before and is now a breeze. She likes to use it on herself too. Shocked me!
Dessata brushes have 440 flexible triple height bristles which is 5 times more than their competitor. There’s no handle to it since it fits in the palm of your hand with ease. It seems to adapt to everyone in my family’s head. While the bristles look sharp they aren’t at all, they are made from a comfortable gel in Spain. The composition of them keeps them from breaking down.
