On August 27, 2010 I wrote an article about an organization dear to my heart called Queen for a Day. I also wrote about a product called Hair by RevitaLash that I was donating to the company. Hair by RevitaLash is a conditioner that was developed to help fortify and strengthen hair so it appears healthier, fuller and thicker. When I read about the benefits of Hair by RevitaLash I knew that the best use for the conditioner that the company had sent me was to donate it (along with another from a friend) to Queen for a Day. I contacted the charity and they were thrilled to be able to receive this contribution in order to give it to some teens who had suffered with hair loss because of cancer.
I have more good news. RevitaLash read my blog post and kindly offered to donate more of the product to this worthwhile charity. Their hearts were big enough to go one step beyond. I have personally enjoyed the products I have from RevitaLash and continue to use them. Now each time I use one I silently send them thanks for their generous charitable work. I hope you’ll look into this company to learn more about their amazing products knowing that every purchase allows them to help others too. Thank you — Marcia
A great big hug goes out to Marcia and Revitalash! As director of the Detroit Chapter of Queen for a Day I was thrilled when Marcia donated the Hair By Revitalsh to our program. And so surprised when tthat donation was followed by one from the company. Our program sees 500 + children and teens each year and to be given the honor of presenting this product to one of these very brave children is icing on the cake. The first bottle has been given to a young lady that has beat her brain cancer and though her hair has come back in it is very thin and fragile. She has promised to send a post on her experience with the product.
Donations of any type of beauty products is always welcome and since we are a 501c3 charity, you can take a tax deduction for your donation.
