When I started working with Skin Authority to test out one of their Beauty Infusion oils I didn’t know where to begin. Once seeing the amazing list of products and how they are capable of helping skin there were so many that I could see myself using. I was assigned a personal skin coach to help me find the proper product. By purchasing Skin Authority through their website this free service is available to all clients. Color me impressed. sample
My coach Katie asked me about my skin, my skin care concerns, and my current regimen. What I was prescribed is Beauty Infusion Quinoa & Avocado. She felt it would work for me, especially with my morning routine to help me achieve the goals of reducing pigmentation, providing elasticity, improving tone, hydration, and ability to produce collagen.
There are 4 Beauty Infusion products in the collection. Beside Quinoa & Avocado for Hydrating there’s Turmeric & Blueberry for Brightening, Probiotics for Clarifying, Swertia Chirata for Anti-aging, along with Instant Perfection Peel Pads. I could see myself benefiting from any of these.
This bottle of concentrated non-fragranced oil is loaded with a formula inspired by the ancient Ayurvedic techniques of using food-based ingredients to produce inner, outer and lasting beauty. This has become a favorite in the almost 2 months that I’ve been using it. It can easily be used in a variety of ways, day or night. There are many days I either don’t leave home or I don’t leave until late in the day. But this Beauty Infusion is on my face from the very beginning of my day. It can be used with or without foundation.
While I may not be a big fan of eating Quinoa I’m excited that it helps ward off the signs of aging by boosting collagen production and sealing in moisture. The other main ingredient in this is avocado which I do love to eat. Avocado is used to help soothe, protect, and hydrate skin. It has a high concentration of Omega-3, vitamins, essential fatty acids, and antioxidants.
Different ways I’ve used this:
*wash my face in the morning and apply a few drops to my face to pre-moisturize and add hydration
*Mix this with my Vitamin C serum (one drop is more than enough)
*Mix it with moisturizer
*Add a drop into my foundation prior to application
Skin Authority Beauty Infusion Quinoa & Avocado is so concentrated that this bottle ($49, 1 fl oz) will last me for a year I’m sure. I’ve barely made a dent and I use it daily. Since I’ve been taught the benefits of using the proper oils on my face I haven’t looked back and I’m most excited about this one. The is a cruelty free company that doesn’t add dye, fragrance, or parabens to their products. The first thing I do when I receive or buy a new product is smell it and Beauty Infusion Quinoa & Avocado passed that test with flying colors.
It was not intimidating at all to work with the skin coach. I did mine all online and she emailed me every few weeks to see my opinion and to answer any questions I had. It can be done on the phone too which would especially help if you are a newbie to this kind of product. I’m going to ask about the Instant Perfection Peel Pads since they seem to be gentle enough to use with the other brands of skin care I’m always trying and would make the Beauty Infusion even more efficient. It’s time to get yourself a skin coach with Skin Authority. You won’t regret it. — Marcia
