Something about Farmhouse Fresh makes me hungry….maybe because one of my favorite masks is their Sundae Best Chocolate Softening Mask and one of my favorite body lotions is their Back Country Caramel Body Milk Lotion. They both smell so delicious I want to eat them with a spoon.
My newest obsession keeps my stomach growling – the Farmhouse Fresh Pudding Apeel ($22 – 14 to 18 applications), a resurfacing mask that is a deliciously effective way to exfoliate my skin!
sent for consideration
I’ll admit up front that I may be just a tad bit biased as I am a huge, huge rice pudding fan. This face mask uses glycolic acid and alpha hydroxy acids from fruit extract, as well as the yummy honey, coconut milk, green tea and honeysuckle for mega hydration. Teeny tiny brown rice grains also help exfoliate, allantoin reduces inflammation, and tapioca gives skin a soft, smooth feel.
This mask is gentle enough to use every single day, although it does have a little zip from the fruit enzymes. This is a creamy mask – just smooth some on and wait about a half hour, then rinse off. It stays relatively creamy but you can move around and do pretty much anything short of exercising – keep off the treadmill because as I unhappily discovered, sweating melts the mask right off.
It smells so crazy good, like sweet baked goods – it’s right up there with the fabulous chocolate and caramel scents of my other Farmhouse Fresh favorites. It is a great refresher for skin, keeping it ultra soft and moisturized while very gently sloughing off the dead skin cells you may not have even noticed yet. This helps to treat any existing breakouts while also ensuring new ones won’t be erupting soon. It’s also terrific for aging skin and will reduce the look of fine lines and wrinkles.
Farmhouse Fresh continues to be a mainstay for effective, beautiful, and yummy skin and body products! Satisfy your sweet tooth and your skin concerns with some Pudding Apeel. You can find it online at www.farmhousefreshgoods.com or at luxury retail boutiques as well as some of the top destination spas like Four Seasons Chicago, The Spa at Camelback Inn, and the Ritz-Carlton Orlando. – Lisa
