MALIN+GOETZ revitalizing eye cream

MALIN+GOETZ revitalizing eye creamWhat could be better than hula girls and monkeys?  Hula girls, monkeys, and eye cream! Especially eye cream that works for those with sensitive skin. MALIN+GOETZ is a family owned lined that was designed specifically for those with very sensitive skin.  Matthew Malin, one of the owners, suffers from a whole slew of skin ailments – rosacea, eczema, seborrhea, fragrance allergies and dry skin. Along with Andrew Goetz, he created a skin care line that is great for every type of skin. Every product is free of detergents, colorants, and synthetic fragrances. MALIN+GOETZ is made in the US and never tests on animals.         sample

MALIN+GOETZ revitalizing eye creamThe MALIN+GOETZ revitalizing eye cream ($92) is my first foray into the line. I love the simple, mod packaging – what you see is what you get with this straightforward line.  The ingredients inside totally live up to the outside:

Firming Peptides help reduce the look of lines and wrinkles and firm eye area skin.
Marine Algae extract stimulates skin renewal, helping energize the look of eyes.
Grapeseed Oil—rich in antioxidants—and barrier-strengthening Sunflower Oil protect skin from free radicals and maintain skin’s inner moisture.
Fatty Acid Technology delivers lightweight yet intense hydration.
Sodium Hyaluronate and Panthenol boost moisturization to increase softness and suppleness.

Mega hydration is essential for plumping up those fine under eye lines, but anything too moisturizing and I develop the dreaded milia…those bumps that never come to a head but look nasty. It’s not easy to find that perfect balance, but I found it in the MALIN+GOETZ revitalizing eye cream. The cream is light and absorbs quickly, plumping up fine lines and soothing puffiness. I’ve used this for almost a month and I am totally impressed.

If you are looking for a great eye cream – especially if you have sensitive skin – I wholeheartedly recommend the moisturizing and soothing revitalizing eye cream.  – Lisa

I have sensitive skin but I can not afford $92 for eye cream. Darn! lol Thanks for the info!

  2. Never Say Die Beauty | 9th Feb 17

I like M+G cleansers. The eye creams I use need to do double duty below the eye but also under my brow to firm my skin. This one looks like it has possibilities for me 🙂

M&G makes great stuff, it is a splurge but worth it, in my opinion 🙂

I have only tried lip products from M+G. Good to hear this eye cream did not cause milia – I struggle with it if I overdo the hydration.

I’ve ended up with at least 2-3 milia in the eye area from eye cream, and the dermatologist had to take care of them. I’;m glad to hear that their product doesn’t cause them. $92 is a little steep for my pocket, though!
