Peel & Polish from Pixi Skintreats

As much as I love everything Pixi there are items I can’t use because the fragrance doesn’t agree with me. I read rave after rave about Pixi Skintreats and can appreciate their effectiveness but they don’t last long in my routine. But (and it’s a big but) today I can tell you that I’m in love with a Pixi Skintreat item. Of course it has no fragrance which is a big part of it but the bigger part is how wonderful my skin looks and feels after I use it.

It’s no surprise that I’m talking about Pixi Skintreats Peel & Polish but it will come as a surprise that I’m willing to give any up for a giveaway. This enzyme concentrate has blown me away.

Peel & Polish from Pixi Skintreats

Peel & Polish doesn’t take much time – maybe 3 minutes at most – but it looks like you spent ages on perfecting your skin. I find it to be a mild skin peel that doesn’t make my skin look rough or red after. I can use this in the morning and not worry about applying makeup after. I can use this at night and not worry about it reacting with my other skincare items.

Peel & Polish

It applies as a light yellow cream with small exfoliators in it. It starts to dry pretty quickly but not in an uncomfortable way. It just feels drier. Leave it on for 2 minutes for the peel to start working. It’s up to you whether you massage it onto your skin for 30 seconds after but I always do that so I can get the most out of the treatment.

What are the ingredients that make this so wonderful?

The natural enzymes help loosen dead cells, the sugar cane extract polishes your skin, and lactic acid exfoliates. This is seriously good stuff. It contains 6% Lactic Acid and Papaya. You can use this 2 to 3 times a week if you want. I’ve been using it twice a week since I use so many masks but otherwise I’d use it three times.

No fragrance, 3 minutes, affordable, soft and exfoliated skin that feels great for days. What more could I want?  —  Marcia
