I’m exuberant over Exuviance Eye Complex and Intensive Eye Masques

Exuviance Hydrating Eye Complex and Intensive Eye Treatment Masque

As an avid fan of eye cream I was probably a little overexcited to receive Exuviance Hydrating Eye Complex. Then the excitement doubled when I found out that they also sent their Intensive Eye Treatment Masque. Two favorites for me to relish!

Exuviance and NeoStrata are sister companies and two lines I tried years ago and have wanted to become reacquainted with again. I envy my blogger friends when I see their reviews from these lines since my past experiences have been wonderful.

Exuviance Hydrating Eye Complex

Exuviance Hydrating Eye Complex is a beautiful light to the touch eye cream that I’m enjoying to the max. It feels soothing on, blends in nicely so that I don’t feel stickiness under my eyes, and is loaded with good for my skin ingredients.

  • Formulated with Gluconolactone and Lactobionic Acid (PHAs)
  • Provides antioxidant protection
  • Contains Vitamins A, C, and E
  • Hydrates with a soothing blend of botanicals

This soothing eye cream is good for wrinkles and fine lines. My undereye area feels well hydrated and I feel like the ingredients are good anti-aging ones.

I’m sad that I’m almost done with the jar since it’s been such a pleasure to use. It’s fragrance free as all eye creams should be and at $44 it’s well priced for such a quality product. Right now their website has 20% off and free shipping so it’s a perfect time to try this for yourself.

Exuviance Intensive Eye Treatment Masques

Regular readers of Beauty Info Zone know that I’m a mask afficionado and using these eye masks from Exuviance has been a treat. I’ve got one pack left for this weekend and I know that my appearance will be better because I’m going to use these again. The Intensive Eye Treatment Masques are wonderful for the delicate eye area.

There are 12 packets, each containing 1 undereye mask. They don’t feel mask like, they just feel like I’m adding lots of moisture and protection to my undereye area. They are a quick fix but they give me long lasting results.

It takes just 10 minutes (though I’ve left them on longer at times) and doesn’t leave a film behind. I massage the serum that’s left after onto my skin to continue minimizing the look of my fine lines.

Besides being a soothing treatment they are good for undereye puffiness. The anti-oxidants protect against free radicals for aging skin. I find that the results last for about 2 days.

  • Lactobionic Acid refreshes and soothes
  • Bionic treatment firms skin around the eyes, reducing the appearance of crow’s feet
  • Vitamins A, C, and E provide antioxidant protection and restore skin

These masques and the eye cream are wonderful companions but if you can only get one I’d suggest the Hydrating Eye Complex since I’ve seen long term results with it. That doesn’t mean that Saturday night won’t be enhanced with an Intensive Eye Treatment Masque prior to apply my makeup. I’m ready to pull out all the stops for a night out. Have you had the pleasure of using Exuviance products?  —  Marcia

Top 10 Tuesday picks favorite eye creams

Give me eye cream now! Give me eye balm immediately! Give me eye serums ASAP. If it’s for the delicate eye area I want it. I’ve reviewed a lot of eye creams so picking just 10 (or 9 as you’ll see) was extremely difficult. Some came to mind instantly because I’m either using them or I’ve bought them again. Others are ones I really enjoyed but picking between them was a difficult choice. My Top Ten are ones I would recommend without a doubt so let’s see what they are:

1. ALGENIST EYE RENEWAL BALM –  I’m on my second jar of the Algenist plus I’ve used up some sample sizes. This is the first eye cream I thought of when we picked this topic. I chose this for my desert island Beauty Spotlight Team and I’d chose it again.

2. KATE SOMERVILLE KateCeuticals MULTI-ACTIVE EYE CREAM – Kate Somerville makes more than one eye cream. I’m sure they are all wonderful but this one is the most wonderful. My eyes drank this up and begged for more. If you are looking for true anti-aging properties, splurge on this.

3. SOMME INSTITUTE EYE – I’ve repurchased every product from Somme Institute. At first I didn’t repurchase EYE but as soon as I was done with it, I missed it. Even though it doesn’t contain SPF it’s one of my favorite daytime eye creams. It’s lightweight and concealer doesn’t crease when I mix it with Somme Eye. Watch for this on Hautelook.

4. SENNA LIFT AND LIGHTEN EYE CREAM – It’s been four years since I reviewed this Senna Eye Cream but I haven’t forgotten it. I bought a second jar at IMATS because I love how it lightens my dark circles and hydrates under my eyes. Plus it’s still only $28 even after all this time.

5. YBF CORRECT – Simple name, not so simple protect. Your Best Face (YBF) tells you succinctly what their products will do and then they prove it by doing research and using the best ingredients to make sure their products work. Correct works!

6. YES TO BLUEBERRIES EYE FIRMING TREATMENT – This is my latest eye cream. I’ve been using it daily for about 6 weeks and I can’t bring myself to move on. It totally surprised me since I’m not a mass market skincare person in general but this has kept my eyes looking less lined, my dark circles at bay and has rid me of morning puffiness. For $15-20 (depending on where you buy it) this is a must to try.

7. LIFT LAB LIFT & FIRM EYE CREAM – The gel like texture of Lift Lab’s Eye Cream is very soothing. It’s lightweight and you don’t even realize you have it on during the daytime. What you will realize is how soft the skin around your eyes feels and how your puffiness isn’t really noticeable.

8. EXUVIANCE AGE REVERSE EYE CONTOUR – The name tells you one of the reasons I like this. I won this in a giveaway almost 4 years ago and wish I had it again. My memory is short when it comes to “why did I come into this room” but not on eye creams. It helps firm the collagen around eyes. I need this again.

9. DERMAdoctor WRINKLE REVENGE RESCUE & PROTECT EYE BALM – This does it all. It moisturizes, firms, reduces puffiness, helps eliminate dark circles, helps with fine lines and bakes cookies. Ok, I’m kidding about the cookies but it would if it could. It’s thicker than most of the others I’ve mentioned but sometimes you need that.

10. EYES by TO GO SPA EYE MASKS – I’m cheating. I can’t help it. When you need a way to make your eyes look less lined and more relaxed you want something like an eye mask. I’ve tried and loved quite a few but I always go back to EYES by ToGoSpa. They now have 3 varieties and it’s hard to pick which you want but you won’t go wrong with any of them. These are collagen eye masks that you want any time you want to look your best.
