Some Le Metier de Beaute favorites: Midnight Rendezvous, Sun Kissed Bronzer, and Classic Foundation

There are some products that Le Métier de Beauté is so famous for, I think people forget the ‘unsung heros’ of this line.  I have some favorite items that don’t get as much press as they should, and here are a few of my picks.

I love Midnight Rendezvous Nail Lacquer ($18).  There’s a lot of buzz about the new collections (which by the way will be reviewed soon!) but this shade is one of my favorites.

Le Metier

Le Metier Midnight Rendezvous

It’s a blackened deep green with multi-colored shimmers.  I think it’s perfect for a pedicure.

What I love is that it’s dark enough to be a little edgy, but it has these super pretty multi-colored shimmers that are still girly.

Le Métier de Beauté nail polish is 3-Free, meaning it doesn’t have any formaldehyde, toluene, and dibutyl phthalate (DBP). Le Metier says it is Proposition 65-compliant, and ‘fortified with strengthening proteins and hydrators.’

a closer look

Le Métier de Beauté Nail Lacquers have a beautifully glossy finish and wear extremely well.  I had my pedicure for three weeks with no chips at all.  Midnight Rendezvous is one of my go-to pedicure shades and a definite Le Métier de Beauté favorite for me.

Next up – the Classic Flawless Finish Liquid Foundation ($68).

Classic Flawless Finish Liquid Foundation

You read all the time about the Peau Vierge which is a little more flashy and full of the latest technology in skin care.  But I love the Classic Flawless Finish Foundation, it’s a heck of a workhorse foundation.  It’s lightweight, but it gives moderate to full coverage that looks very natural.

It’s a creamy liquid foundation that comes in a pump bottle.  It applies beautifully with a sponge.  It’s oil-free, SPF 8, and works great on my slightly oily skin.

It really covers up imperfections and gives a flawless but natural look.  I love how it makes my uneven skin tone look even!

Finally, I adore the Le Métier de Beauté Sun Kissed Bronzer ($55).

Sun Kissed Bronzer

This is a fantastic bronzer.  Every single time I get a makeover at the Le Métier de Beauté counter, the MA uses this on me.  I finally had to get one, even though I needed another bronzer like I needed another hole in my head.  But this is stunning and it works beautifully.

Sun Kissed

It’s sheer and really silky.  You know how some bronzers go on patchy, and look sort of muddy?  Not this beauty.

It’s so pretty I used it in the typical areas, plus on my neck and décolletage for a wonderful glow year round.

The new products and new colors are always exciting, but don’t forget about the other terrific products at Le Metier.  Now that I’ve shared some of my favorites with you, tell me what your favorites are!  – Lisa
