I was working on my calendar and deciding when to tell you about my newest love from The Better Skin Co., Amaze Balm, and found that they have a special limited edition BCA jar with 100% of the proceeds of the Limited Edition Rose Gold Amaze Balm to the Young Survival Coalition. This immediately jumped up the calendar so you can learn about this balm and at the same time purchase this to benefit this amazing cause.
Young Survival Coalition (YSC) was founded in 1998 by three young women who were under the age of 35 when diagnosed. They were discouraged by the lack of resources available and the under-representation of young women in breast cancer research. Today, YSC is the go-to organization for young women facing a breast cancer diagnosis.
Amaze Balm is an ultra rich product that will become your everything. I’m amazed every time I use this whether it’s on my face, my hands, or my feet. It makes a wonderful sleeping mask. I apply this after my serum and eye cream and go to bed knowing I’m improving my skin throughout the night. All those dry patches seem to evaporate and my skin feels great after.
The ingredients that help the Amaze Balm become a necessity are Oil of Coconut, Avocado, Sunflower, Evening Primrose and Sea Buckthorn which all create a silky smooth slip. It also contains Shea Butter, Lanolin and Beeswax to “assist in creating the creamy goodness that will excite and satisfy your skin.” To top this all off there’s a hint of grapefruit as its scent. I love the smell of this!
• Ultra hydrating & nourishing
• Reduces the appearance of puffiness
• Diminishes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
• Excellent as a sleeping mask
• Decreases appearance of hyperpigmentation creating brighter skin
With the weather changing from day to day my skin has become confused. I’m religiously using body lotions and butters that are wonderful yet I’ll find that my skin becomes drier faster than it did in the summer. My feet were starting to feel scaly until I slathered this Ultra Rich Balm on them. Now I’m not too embarrassed to get a pedicure. I’m also dreading the day that my legs start flaking so much that it feels like dandruff. But that’s a thing of the past now that I see how much more moisturized my legs are. Right now I’m switching between this and a whipped body butter at night and my legs are so smooth.
My favorite uses are as a night moisturizer and as a hand balm. I wash my hands dozens of times per day and most hand creams wash off right away. But Amaze Balm is so rich that it protects my hands without me having to constantly reapply it. My mother had the softest hands ever and I always envied that but now when I feel my hands, I feel my mother in them.
While Amaze Balm is available at Amazon I encourage you to purchase this on the Better Skin Co. website during October to improve your life and that of others. 100% of proceeds to a cancer organization is about the best it can be. Amazing indeed. — Marcia
