Spoil Your Face with Osmosis Nourish Facial Oil and Pure Biology Total Eye

I got the most wonderful compliment earlier this week and it fits so well with today’s review of two of the products I’ve been using. I was laying back at the beauty salon getting my hair washed after having it color treated and my hair stylist was staring at me. She said “You have such beautiful skin. What do you use on it?” Now I’ve been going to my lovely stylist for at least 12 years and she’s seen me in all phases of my health journeys so the compliment felt even better. So let me share two of the products I told her about today.

Osmosis Nourish Organic Facial Oil and PUREBIOLOGY Total Eye

Osmosis Pür Medical Skincare has a new collection under their roof – the Moisturizing Collection. As someone with skin that has become dry as I’ve aged I was eager to try out one piece of this line.

The 4-piece line is rich in essential fatty acids, flavonoids, phytosterols, vitamins and minerals that feed the skin. Each Oncology Friendly product is designed to improve skin barrier health, function, and integrity to combat a nutrient-starved complexion. Loading the skin with anti-inflammatory ingredients, this will aid in healing and softening, while improving texture. The Moisturizing Collection includes: Lift Away Cleansing Balm, Nourish Organic Facial Oil, Enrich Restorative Night Crème, and Remedy Healing Balm.

Osmosis Nourish Organic Facial Oil

This facial oil helps to feed your skin with intense hydration. The oil is not only soothing but it’s nourishing to your skin. It contains cold pressed organic avocado oil which is meant to hydrate and rebalance deep int the dermal layer of your skin.

The result is luminosity and radiance. My skin is smoother looking too. If you have particularly dry skin you’ll want to use this and press it into your skin. It’s great for a day that you don’t need to apply any foundation since it doesn’t dry down quickly.

Osmosis Nourish Organic Facial Oil

You need very little of this oil, this is actually more than I use on my entire face but when I get this much out then my neck becomes the beneficiary. I always press it onto my face to get the full benefit. There’s an herbal fragrance to it that I notice for a while but usually by the time I’m ready for my whole routine I don’t really notice it. “Organic facial oil comprised of frequency-enhanced, cold-pressed avocado oil to hydrate, plump, and improve elasticity.”

KEY INGREDIENTS: Avocado Oil, Seabuckthorn Oil, Raspberry Seed Oil.

  • Seabuckthorn Oil: Utilizes its high fatty acid content, as well as natural sources of vitamins A & E to help with cellular regeneration, wound healing and hydration levels of the epidermis.
  • Raspberry Seed Oil: Contains natural anti-inflammatory properties to reduce redness and irritation while promoting healing of the barrier. Being large part linoleic acid, it is great for acneic skin helping to moisturize and reduce water loss in the skin.
  • Avocado Oil: Cold-pressed and chock-full of vitamins, minerals, protein, lecithin, and fatty acids, this is best used for healing and regenerating.

While not actually my face PURE BIOLOGY Total Eye was the second product I was telling her about. This is the eye cream I’ve been using for the last several weeks. I do change eye cream often since I’m compelled to try them all and I was very happy to try this Total Eye one especially after reading that it’s formulated to firm, protect and brighten. I like that! I also like the price of under $23 since I like recommending items we can all afford.

Pure Biology is sold on Amazon and it’s one of their top selling skincare lines. Among the many products is Total Eye which is an anti-aging eye cream with both immediate and longer lasting effects. It’s a wonderful daytime eye cream since it’s lightweight enough to wear under makeup and doesn’t interfere with your concealer or foundation. It contains what they call Fision™ Lift to instantly lift, firm and tighten. I have one section under my right eye that always looks puffy to using this in the morning helps to make that area look flatter.

Long lasting results come due to Baobien Tien™ which defends skin from the effects of UV exposure and free radicals. It’s not a heavy eye cream so you aren’t in danger of milia or clogged pores using it.

Fision Instant immediately begins to improve the appearance of the under eye area while Baobab Tien promotes long-term benefits and encourages healthier-looking under eye skin.

  • FISION INSTANT – Proteins and polysaccharides bind together to form a cohesive film that is designed to immediately begin to minimize the appearance fine lines, bag, puffiness and dark circles; visible results can start as soon as the first application.
  • BAOBIEN TIEN – This natural, award-winning formulated extract is derived from the fruit of the Baobab Tree (“Tree of Life”); Shown to provide moisture and to promote optimal skin appearance.

What’s important to know is that the line is comprised predominantly of natural ingredients. It’s made in the USA and is cruelty-free as well as Non-GMO and paraben free. I get upset when I try an eye cream that has fragrance in it but with Total Eye that’s not a problem.
