Skin Actives Scientific Intense Recovery Mask is the mask you’ve been wanting

Sometimes you don’t really know what you need until you try it and then you wonder how you got this far without knowing about a particular product. One such product for me is Skin Actives Scientific INTENSIVE RECOVERY MASK. As someone who loves the benefits of a facial mask I thought I’d tried just about every kind and then along came Intensive Recovery Mask making me wonder why this wasn’t in my life before.

Every Skin Actives Scientific product that I’ve tried has been terrific but now I have a favorite. And it’s an affordable favorite at that. One that is manufactured in the US and is cruelty free. The Intensive Recovery Mask ($20.99) will remind you of a much more expensive sea kelp brand but in my opinion is better than that one (ahem rhymes with ma beer).

Skin Actives Scientific INTENSIVE RECOVERY MASK features USDA Organic Sea Kelp from the coast of Maine. The sea kelp contains contains fucoidan, which is great for healing, antiviral properties and more. It’s an ideal mask if you’ve been out in the sun too long or you’ve had any kind of aesthetic treatment since it calms your skin right down.

I haven’t had any of those occasions to use Skin Actives Scientific Intense Recovery Mask so I’ve been using it once a week to keep my skin looking healthy and feeling wonderful.

The mask is really interesting to apply. It’s a clear bubbly gel that’s not heavy and has NO fragrance. I spread it evenly on my cleansed face with my hair tied back and relax for 10 minutes. It doesn’t drip. It stays in place making it easier to use than some other masks.

It slowly dries on my face so that it’s stiff but not uncomfortable. I can still talk if I have to. After washing the mask off my face is glowing. It looks plumper (the good kind of plump, not bloat) and revitalized.

So why use it if I’m not sunburned or haven’t undergone any procedures? It offers me advanced protection from free radical damage like the sun. It’s rich in minerals and protects skin from signs of aging, including fatigue, stress and pollution. Why wouldn’t I use it? Would you rather spend $178 or $21 to get the benefits of sea kelp? I’m choosing Skin Actives Scientific Intensive Recovery Mask!  —  Marcia

So nice that the sea kelp is from Maine! And I didn’t know that sea kelp contains lactobacillus. Count me in!

This mask is absolutely incredible. I am pulling out my tube as we speak, and will use it tonight or tomorrow! Their products are absolutely amazing!

The kelp does not originally contain lactobacillus, we blend the live cultures with the kelp and other ingredients to create the product. We then neutralize the cultures to make the product ‘legal’ – the FDA does not allow live cultures in topical products.

I like that it’s fragrance free and does not drip

Your description of the mask makes me want to try it! It reminds me of those trendy Korean masks that dry on the skin and look really scary, but once you wash it off your skin just looks super glowy and healthy.
