I don’t normally write about my subscription boxes because lately most don’t get me that excited but the Spring edition of FabFitFun is a winner for me (and for one of you too). When I signed up for my subscription there was a good deal if I chose a year’s worth so I went for it. The Spring box is my third one and the first that I was able to make some choices of what would be in my box. I knew about 4 of the items and the rest were surprises. A subscription is $49.95 for a box but if you’ve never subscribed there are always deals going on.
Let me share what’s in my box so you can see why it’s making spring come alive.
Purlisse Watermelon Energizing 2 Minute Polishing Peel ($35). I have a feeling that I’d love this but I’m so loaded with masks and exfoliators that I’m giving it up for this giveaway.
This Works Deep Sleep Body Cocoon ($40) is a night cream that is said to bring you calm and relaxation while you sleep.
Skindinavia The Makeup Finishing Spray ($29) – I don’t use these sprays often but I love having them. Not only does it set makeup without me having to add powder (which makes my skin look dry) but I like to use these for wetting makeup brushes.
Aria Beauty Luxe Detangling Electroplate Brush ($35) – this was one of my choice items and one I’m happy to have. At the moment my hair is rebelling but as soon as it starts growing back I’ll be thrilled to use this golden brush.
Amber Sceats Double Coin Necklace ($50) – a double layered necklace with detailed coin designs.
HOME AND TRAVEL
West Elm Indigo Tie-Dye Bowls ($39) is another I got to choose. This set of nesting bowls is great for entertaining and the colors work well in my house. A winner for me.
Chic & Tonic Silicone Straws ($15) may be the least expensive item in the box but they definitely bring me joy. 4 Silicone straws, a cleaning brush and a carrying case. I only drink cold things and the colder the better. I can carry two straws in the case too. The case could be attached to a bag but I’ll keep it in my purse just in case.
Calpak Set of 3 Packing Cubes in Sorbet ($40) are nested packing parcels with three great sizes. Great for organizing your suitcase or duffel. It makes me want to travel and be organized for a change.
Total value $283 which is pretty darn good in my opinion. There were 4 different opportunities to customize and I didn’t look at prices, just which one would suit me best. I’m a happy buyer and am looking forward to my Summer box. — Marcia
