Pixi Skintreats Glyconic Boost Mask, Peel & Polish, DetoxiEYE

PEEL & POLISH has been part of my skin care life for about 2 years. I’m at the tail end of my second tube and thrilled that Pixi included it in this group of products. I now keep it in my shower so that I can start the day with a slight exfoliation and get it ready to accept my skin care items. Pixi says “This radiance revealing enzyme peel resurfaces for smoother, softer skin, and a healthy looking glow.” I say that I don’t notice the peel as much as I do the exfoliation. It’s not a heavy-duty scrub so it’s gentle enough for me to use several times a week.

You start with dry skin and apply it with your fingers. Let it sit for 2 minutes to start the enzymes working. When you first start using this I’d recommend just washing it off but for my purposes I get in the shower after the 2 minutes, add some water and start massaging it onto my skin. This gives me that daily effective exfoliation/peel.  For $24 I find that this lasts and lasts. You just don’t need a lot and the tube seems to go on forever.

Pixi GLOW Glycolic Boost is a brightening infusion sheet mask. I’ve been waiting for Pixi to create a mask and I’m so glad they did. I can’t say that I love the fragrance of it but if you love Glow Tonic you won’t be bothered by that. Either way though this is the first mask I’ve tried that has glycolic acid in it. This is a microfiber degradable mask that contains concentrated glycolic acid along with herbal extracts that help promote skin health.

This is loaded with serum so after your 10 minutes are up and you remove the mask take advantage of that. Massage it onto your skin including your neck and decolletage. There are 3 masks in the box for $10 which is a great price IMO. Your face will glow with this mask.

DetoxifEYE Depuffing Eye Patches are also new and to me the most exciting item of the three I am sharing. Since they were introduced they’ve become a hot seller on Pixi’s website. They are part of the Pixi line at Target but they are more expensive there.

These are incredibly juicy. You won’t believe the amount of serum in the jar. It even comes with a spatula to scoop out the patches so you don’t contaminate others. There are 30 pairs in the container. You don’t have to worry about running out nor do you have to worry about them lacking serum the longer you own the jar.

These luxurious eye patches in a hydrogel format adheres to skin easily to deliver essential nutrients to the delicate eye area. DetoxifEYE water-based gel-form patch depuffs and revives skin with maximum hydration.

These are fabulous for date night, insomnia mornings, and any time you are feeling dull as dishwater. It’s a 10 minute treatment and I have to lay down when using them. I find that they drip otherwise. But laying back and relaxing, knowing I’ll get up to less puffiness and more hydration makes it worth it. For even more of a treat, store them in the refrigerator, but be prepared to jump at first.

With my oily t-zone and dry areas, I am always looking for skin care that takes care of blackheads, oiliness, and congested skin without irritating my already parched cheeks.

Pixi Glow Mud Mask and T-Zone Peel-Off Mask

Pixi has excellent options like the ’15 Minute Facial’ Glow Mud Mask ($30.99). This is a mud mask that clears pores and brightens skin without irritating sensitive areas. It’s great for ‘mature’ skin, oily skin, and sensitive skin since it is aloe based.

Besides using it as a 15 minute mask at night once or twice a week, I also use this as a spot treatment. I have issues with cystic acne especially on the sides of my chin, and as soon as I feel one coming on I put a dab on and sometimes even leave it on overnight. Works every time.

Pixi T-Zone Peel-Off Mask

When I am extra oily, I break out my T-Zone Peel-Off Mask ($22). This mask is an instant detox that dissolves all that oil and congestion. The ingredients sound like a delicious smoothie of superfoods: Avocado, Cucumber, Aloe Vera, Green Tea, and Bamboo Extract. This is a product that is fantastic if you use it correctly – if you don’t, you think, meh. But used the right way, you think, YAY!!

Pixi T-Zone Peel-Off Mask

You need to put a thick layer on – if the layer is too thin, it doesn’t peel off properly. So layer it on thick and you will be very happy with the results. It’s great for getting rid of blackheads, smoothing out pores, getting rid of oiliness, and really taking care of that t-zone. Be patient with this one – consistent use gives better and better results over time.

Morning to night, Pixi has your skin care needs covered.  We are certainly loving our skin thanks to Pixi #Skintreats.  Find the right ones for yourself at Target or online at

I have heard so many great things about the pixi brand lately. It sounds like they have awesome skincare products — so many I want to try, and now I must have the eye patches!!! I hope they are available in Canada.

I’ve seen Pixi at Target, but never tried any of their products. That peel off mask sounds like my kind of thing though.

You basically have a spa in a box! The depuff eye gels look awesome. The t zone peel off mask will be mine, especially once the summer humidity comes

You guys described all of these perfectly. I’m really enjoying the glow mud mask but afraid to use the paper mask. Not sure I want drippy glycolic near my lips which get ULTRA sensitive or my eyes, lol. Oh and Yes! The under eye patches are extra juicy and I love it!

  5. Lola Seicento | 15th Apr 19

These sound really effective. I might need to pick up that peel off mask next time I go to Target!

  6. Kathryne | 15th Apr 19

The eye gels are my favorite from this collection

  7. Kristi V BeginNails | 15th Apr 19

This looks lavish! I really love the packaging – it’s adorable and fun!

  8. Marisela Zuniga | 15th Apr 19

I need to try the mud mask and the peel off mask

  9. Krystal E | 15th Apr 19

I really want to try it all! I keep seeing nothing but great stuff about Pixi. When I went to a Target the other day, most of the Pixi line was completely sold out!

    The eye patches are awweeesome!!

  11. Cindy Ingalls | 15th Apr 19

I realy need to try those eye patches!

  12. Cassie Tucker | 16th Apr 19

Thanks for the tip on the peel off mask. I used one of the GlamGlow peel off masks (the one that turns you into the Tin Man) recently and had the HARDEST time getting that sucker off and it’s traumatized me against peel off masks. I’ll make sure to apply thickly when I try the peel off mask!

  13. Courtney | 16th Apr 19

I love pixi skincare! I just bought more of my favorite Pixi Glow 02 mask today.

  14. | 16th Apr 19

I just recorded my review of this LOL. My favourites are the T-Zone peel-off mask and the brilliant-for-acne Glow Mud Mask.

What an adorable package! The Peel & Polish definitely sounds like something I need.
