Have a beauty day with Daily Wonders facial masks

Thanks to George Costanza and Leslie Knope* we have new words in our lexicon: Festivus and Galentine’s Day. In honor of Galentine’s Day may I suggest a mask bonanza with your gal friends?

There are 6 Premium Cotton Face Masks that Leaders Insolution created called Daily Wonders ($5 each or 2 for $9 at Ulta. Newly available at Target and Walmart for under $5). Each one has a unique purpose so you can tailor your mask to the person you’ve invited.

Have a friend with clogged pores and dull/tired skin? She’s the DETOX AND CHILL gal. Which friend has acne or enlarged pores or the appearance of scars? You’ll want PORE GONE FOR GOOD for her. Your friend with redness + irritation or lifeless/dehydrated skin will want to be treated with WHAT HAPPENED LAST NIGHT? If your friend is like I am with dry, irritated skin then BYE BYE TO DRY is the answer. BREAKUP WITH YOUR EX-SKIN CELL is perfect for that gal who’s crying over her ex or her dead skin cells and clogged pores. And for your lucky friend who’s had a hot weather vacation? She’s going to need TOO MUCH FUN IN THE SUN!

Now I don’t think you need a reason to use a mask. I use one at least once a week and these Daily Wonder ones are excellent ones to choose. My favorite? Bye Bye to Dry.

Let’s start with the Intense Hydrating since that’s especially why I needed it this past weekend with my awful cold. These masks contain a full bottle of serum so they are intensely hydrating. Ingredients include Cactus and Butterfly bush extracts that help deliver moisture to alleviate dryness, leaving skin nourished and supple. It surprised me to find that it contained witch hazel and you notice that scent when you first apply the mask. It works though and I noticed that all three of my masks contain that ingredient too.

Pore Gone for Good is high up on my list and one I need to purchase to use again and again. It contains contains pine leaf and centella asiatica extracts to minimize shine, balance oiliness, and visibly refine pores. I hate the fact that I still see pores on my face, especially my nose, even at my age. But I got a few days of relief from them when I used this great mask.

I don’t have oily skin but my large pores are the result of very oily teenage skin and blackheads back then. I’m sure no one is looking at me and thinking “boy what pores she has!” but we are our own worst critics so I notice it.

I haven’t tried Too Much Fun in the Sun since it doesn’t address my particular needs. But it sounds like a mask I’ll need in hot weather since it calms redness and soothes irritation. It contains aloe and olive extracts so what could be bad?

I think it’s terrific that each mask shows you exactly what they excel at. You know what you are getting although there are also side benefits since all are hydrating and load your skin up with essential ingredients that help your skin be its best.

Daily Wonder masks are made of “non-woven fabric (premium grade cotton) produced entirely from the finest cotton in the world to deliver unparalled and incomparable quality. Our masks are free from mineral oil, paraben, ethanol, artificial pigments, and are cruelty free.”

Do you do spa days with friends or do you use your free time to use them yourself? Either way Daily Wonders 6 choices are going to enrich your skin without depleting your wallet.  —  Marcia
