Get So Clean! with Fleur and Bee

I am a huge fan of the beautiful boutique line Fleur & Bee, which features natural ingredients and no nasty toxins. They have incredibly cute skin care products that are both 100% vegan and 100% buzz worthy. Since I first reviewed them about a year ago, Fleur & Bee has expanded and added three more products – Dis-Mist, which I reviewed HERE, Prince Charcoal Detox Mask (which is an upcoming review) and So Clean! Everyday Facial Cleanser, the focus of today’s review.

Fleur & Bee’s mission is to provide skin care that really works and is made without harmful ingredients. Every single product is priced under $35 so it’s an incredibly affordable line. Even better, Fleur & Bee believes in giving back. They donate 1% of every sale to Days for Girls, an international organization that provides access to menstrual care and education to girls in need.

I use and love other Fleur & Bee skin care products, like Nectar of the C, Eyes Eyes Baby, and Crème de la Cream, so I was looking forward to discovering whether the So Clean! Natural Facial Cleanser (4.0 fl. oz, $18) lived up to the other products. It certainly sounds great:

  • Cleans dirt and removes makeup
  • Gently unclogs and purifies pores
  • Won’t dry out your skin
  • Balances your skin’s natural oils
  • Helps promote a brighter, smoother complexion

And the ingredients bode well for an effective and gentle cleanser:

  • Organic Coconut Oil – Removes dirt and makeup
  • Rosemary Extract – Purifies and decongests pores
  • Organic Aloe – Hydrates and helps remove buildup from the skin’s surface
  • Glycerin – Attracts and retains moisture
  • Gotu Kola – Powerful anti-aging antioxidant
  • Sunflower Oil- Soothes and replenishes the skin

So Clean! is a clear gel cleanser that smells very fresh, like aloe. Like all of the Fleur & Bee products, this is housed in a lovely opaque glass bottle that looks great and feels substantial, but isn’t too heavy. So Clean! isn’t a foaming cleanser – instead it creates a slippery gel that rinses off easily. I find that this is for cleansing, not really for removing makeup, so it works best with two step cleansing. If you are wearing makeup, remove that first with a dedicated makeup remover (my favorite is Paula’s Choice Gentle Touch Makeup Remover) then deep clean with Fleur & Bee So Clean!

So Clean! leaves skin soft, hydrated, and oh so clean. It keeps my skin’s natural balance but it still eliminates my oily t-zone. This is a very gentle cleanser that will work for any skin type, but those with an t-zone or oily skin will really be impressed. Another winner from Fleur & Bee! You can find it online at www.fleurandbee.com. Get yourself So Clean! – Lisa

You had me at the fact that they were an affordable skin care line. However, all of those amazing ingredients really sold me. I’ll be adding at least one of their products to my routine when I’ve used up what I have!

This sounds interesting, but I don’t think it’s for me. I’m very sensitive to geranium and think I may actually be allergic to it. I’ve been having issues with products that contain it lately, unfortunately.
