Facial Gua Sha Stone for your consideration

Facial Gua Sha Stone

One of the best things about the upcoming holidays is the plethora of new items that we can either wish for or purchase for gifts. The Jade Facial Gua Sha Stone is one of those perfect items. It’s priced right at $12, it’s the right size for a stocking, and it meets the need for the person in your life that has just about everything. This jade stone isn’t technology, rather it’s been used for 2000 years in traditional Asian culture.

This heart shaped tool is available to help someone not only relax but also helps increase blood flow and stimulate the lymphatic system. This is similar to a Jade or Rose Quartz roller which we’ve previously reviewed but this is smaller and purse size.

I know not everyone believes in items like this working but you’d be surprised how many people do understand or are willing to try this type of “technology”. It’s not that I was a skeptic but until I used this and the roller I just didn’t realize what positivity it could bring to my life.

Jade Facial Gua Sha Stone from Urban Tonics

This is gift-giving ready as it comes in an Urban Tonics muslin bag, contains a sponge that is activated under running water, specific and easy to understand directions, and the heart shaped jade stone. (I didn’t receive the sponge so no photos of that.) The Facial Gua Sha Stone is part of Urban Tonics lineup. Urban Tonics is your source for non-toxic essential oils as well as other traditional items.

directions for the Gua Sha Stone

I start with my newest facial oil from OZNaturals and apply it to my cleansed face and neck. Directions help to give this a rhythm for the best usage. I will admit though that sometimes I don’t follow them exactly, especially when I want a quick refreshing feeling. The cool stone is so helpful when feeling tense or headachy so I’ll sit at my desk and use this without the oil.

I admire the shape of this stone since I end up using all sides of it – facing toward me, using the edge, and applying the heart shape at the bottom of my chin. The Jade stone moves sluggish lymph fluid and releases facial and muscular tension for a more chiseled look, giving you a fresh youthful glow.”

Think about your gift list. Do you have that friend/relative that has everything and can’t be surprised? Do you have someone that believes in holistic medicine? Do you know someone who’s difficult to surprise? Whatever the reason you’ll find that the Urban Tonics Jade Facial Gua Sha Stone is the most interesting item you could buy.  —  Marcia
