Everyone is buzzing about Skinbuzz Organic Skincare!

There is plenty of buzz about Skinbuzz Organic Skincare and for all the right reasons.  Skinbuzz is a small but mighty skin care line with thoughtful and carefully crafted products that your skin will love. Not only that, everything is GMO-free and certified organic. I am also happy to report that a portion of the profits supports the future of bees, and without bees we don’t have much of a future! Skinbuzz thanks our magical bees by donating to the Planet Bee Foundation, which provides hands-on educational workshops to schools, businesses, and nonprofits to create environmental stewards who will ensure the future of the bees.

Skinbuzz Organic Skincare

Skinbuzz offers five skin care products that can be purchased separately or together as a collection ($118.50).

Skinbuzz Clean-Bee Organic Cleanser

It all starts with the Skinbuzz Clean Bee Organic Cleanser ($25). The main ingredient in this cleanser is propolis, which is made by honeybees. I sometimes pick this up at health food stores and add it to my yogurt – it’s really good for you! That doesn’t mean you want to eat this cleanser but it does mean that the propolis gives the cleanser excellent skin soothing properties and antioxidants. In addition, it has white willow, aloe vera, and cucumber for more soothing and healing. The cleanser gives a low foam and cleans my skin beautifully. I wouldn’t say it is super moisturizing – it leaves skin feeling ‘squeaky clean’. There isn’t any fragrance which surprised me because I was totally expecting a honey scent!

Skinbuzz Bee-Witched Organic Toner

Follow the cleanser with Bee-Witched Toner ($19). This toner also has propolis, along with aloe vera for soothing and citrus for brightening and evening out skin tone. Witch Hazel is a powerful antioxidant. Some people love Witch Hazel and some find it to be too drying for their skin, so you’ll need to see how your skin reacts. I like it for my oily t-zone because it really cuts the oil and acne-causing bacteria.

Skinbuzz Bee-Safe Organic Mineral Sunscreen
Skinbuzz Bee-Safe Organic Mineral Sunscreen

For daytime moisturizing, Skinbuzz offers Bee-Safe Organic Mineral Sunscreen SPF 30 ($29.50). This is a broad-spectrum UVA/UVB sunscreen with the loveliest ingredients! Peptides, royal jelly, aloe vera, cucumber and jojoba – it’s a real powerhouse of moisture and sun protection. It’s an incredibly thick, whipped moisturizer that has an awesome texture…I am fascinated with it. It doesn’t interfere with my makeup at all, and I love that this is a mineral sunscreen. You can combine some of this with your regular foundation to make a tinted sunscreen for days you want less coverage, too.

Skinbuzz Bee-You-Tiful Organic Moisturizer
Skinbuzz Bee-You-Tiful Organic Moisturizer

For night-time moisturizing, Skinbuzz offers Bee-You-Tiful Organic Moisturizer ($38). This moisturizer doesn’t have the thick, whipped texture like the Bee-Safe Moisturizer. It’s still thick but it’s creamy and more like lotion. The main ‘bee’ ingredient is beeswax, which is magical because it is anti-viral, anti-inflammatory, and anti-bacterial. It also has jojoba and grapeseed oil, great ingredients that will treat your skin without causing breakouts.

Skinbuzz Coal-Bee Charcoal Mask
Skinbuzz Coal-Bee Charcoal Mask

To treat your skin, Skinbuzz has the Coal-Bee Charcoal Mask ($28). This is a charcoal and bentonite clay mask that does your deep skin cleaning, but it has a great ‘bee’ twist – it also contains propolis and royal jelly, awesome ingredients that are amazing antioxidants. I always think the worst part about using a clay mask is taking it off, so take Skinbuzz’s advice and put it on about ten minutes before you plan to take a shower. That makes removal quick and easy, and you don’t have to worry about cleaning out the sink afterward!

Right now Skinbuzz is offering 10% off, so it’s a terrific time to check out this line for wonderful products that support a great cause.  You can find Skinbuzz at www.skinbuzz.com. Take a look and see what all the buzz is about!  – Lisa

I thought they have honey or bee byproducts that’s why their brand has bee in it. I guess not, based on the ingredients I see. That’s good then.

Thank you for introducing me to this new line of skincare. I know what you mean by clay mask brung difficult to remove. For that reason I do as you stated and mask before I am getting in the shower.
