3 favorites from KBShimmer’s fall collection

I am a big fan of KBShimmer polishes – BIG! The colors are outstanding and the formulas even better. Lisa and I have shared most of this year’s fall collection but I’ve saved the best for last. ALL THE FALL THINGS has something for everyone no matter your shade preferences. The three I’m sharing today are my favorites and ones I’ll be wearing for months to come.

My taste runs toward cool colors and Forseeable Fuchsia, Eyes On The Pies, and Washed Up fit the bill perfectly. These will take me through fall and winter with their beautiful flakes and glitters. I may have bare lips most of the time but my nails make up for that with these gorgeous shades.

FORSEEABLE FUCHSIA is the lightest polish in my bundle. It’s described as “rich, purple-leaning fuchsia polish with a blue shimmer set off by gleaming red and pink flakes.” It is definitely rich and very eye catching. It has a heavy load of glitter in different sizes from small to large. I wore it with 2 coats so that the fuchsia would be the predominant color. These polishes lie flat so the glitters aren’t distracting.

EYES ON THE PIES is a stunner. I couldn’t stop looking at it while I was wearing it. This is a deep purple and as much as I love a purple polish, this makes all my others look weak! This is a combination of blueberry, strawberry, and blackberry pie in a non-caloric version. This will make you wish you could be sauntering into restaurants and stores so that people will see the beauty of the flakes that shift between pink, fuchsia and orange shine.

WASHED UP is tied with Eyes on the Pies for my favorite. While Pies is bold and bright, Washed Up is subtle but stunning. This is a glitter crelly and KB’s description is perfection: “Washed Up is a faded navy crelly with slight lavender hues. Small copper glitters sparkle like rivets, while navy and blue glitters dance in the denim-inspired base” I chose to wear this with 3 coats to give it more depth. With two coats it was like I was wearing my favorite worn-in jeans but with three coats it is more like my newest pair. Both ways are magnificent. This is the perfect shade for my comfort wardrobe. You can easily see the difference in 2 or 3 coats on the KBShimmer website.

I’ve said it before and I’m sure I’ll say it again but you need KBShimmer polishes in your life. This indie polish company is made in the US and is 100% vegan and cruelty-free. The polishes shown here have a glitter grabbing brush that makes application a breeze. Now make your fall days as pretty as possible with KBShimmer. — Marcia
