Happy Days are here again with Balanced Guru Intuitive OptiMist Aromatherapy

Balanced Guru Creative Optimist

When Marcia asked me if I’d like to try The Balanced Guru Intuitive Optimist Spray I said yes please. I didn’t even know what it was but I knew from the name it was something I wanted to try. When I received the sample size spray I was elated to find that it was organic, cruelty free and the site gives back 1% For The Planet.

The Balanced Guru Intuitive Optimist Spray
This particular spray says that an intuitive optimist “ listens to their dreams, intuition and is able to visualize his/her goals in order to manifest them. They value their intuition, knowing their body is wiser than their mind.” Perfect for someone like me who (since I’ve gotten older) doesn’t always expect the best.

Since going to the dentist can make me feel apprehensive and worried about possible negative outcomes, I decided the best way to give this a try would be to spray it on my wrists before going into the dentist’s office. So I did just that and did a couple of mighty inhales from my wrist before being seated in The Chair. I also visualized myself walking out feeling happy. To my utter surprise, I had one of my best visits. I had so little plaque that the hygienist didn’t need to use the sonic water (whatever it is) cleaning machine. And both she and the dentist said my mouth looked great. I’m sold. I’m ordering more once I use this up.

Great result! I just started getting into aromatherapy, and I’m really enjoying my diffuser. I just bought an aromatherapy necklace but I can’t decide which scent to put on the lava ball inside. Optimist sounds like a good choice!

This is fantastic! This sounds incredibly calming and soothing! Like Allison, I use lots of essential oils in my many diffusers, and find them absolutely wonderful enhancements for my home and overall wellbeing!

  3. Eugenia | 7th Sep 17

Sounds nice! I would definitely give this a try!

I’m really like my diffuser. The air has been super smokey (only 1mi visibility) and the snell is awful. I’ve been running the diffuser constantly.

What a great way to test it to see if it works! I haven’t used many aromatherapy products, but this sounds like a great brand.
