If so, then you know what Votre Vu means – “Your You”, which means this whole French line is devoted to many women for many reasons. Votre Vu has been the darling of beauty blogs for the past few months, and there is good reason for it. Their products are absolutely lovely – fabulous packaging, and even better product inside.

I have used the Shampoo Riche ($28.00) and Conditioner Light ($29.00), and I’ve had excellent hair days. The shampoo clarifies, which means it takes all the built up product right out of your hair. It does not contain any SLS. Then, the conditioner softens and gives great body – it’s made for fine and limp hair. My hair is fine, but there is lots of it. So, often a conditioner can make it soft, but also weigh it down so it looks flat. This shampoo and conditioner combo makes my hair super soft, with tons of body – it looks and feels very thick and full. Love it!
The shampoo and conditioner are definitely going to be repurchases for me. I am also trying the Tragic Magic Cream and the Eye Balm, and am enjoying both products.
The face cream is Tragic Magic Cream ($39.00). Isn’t that the most fabulous name for a moisturizer? Totally cracks me up! I am often feeling like my skin is a bit tragic!! The ‘magic’ ingredients in this jar of awesomeness are: Jojoba oil, lime extract, Rose Hips oil, Calophyllum oil, Soja Insaponifiables, Vitamin E, Avocado Insaponifiables. I have used this cream for about a month now, and I really like it. I don’t have super sensitive skin to begin with, but this is supposed to be terrific even for those who react to lots of things. It can be used to help calm bug bites, rashes, and even hives. It is also good to put on before going out in harsh environments like super cold weather or high winds. Here is the full ingredient list: WATER (AQUA) HYDROGENATED PALM/PALM,KERNEL OIL PEG-6 ESTERS, SIMMONDSIA CHINENSIS (JOJOBA) OIL , SORBITAN STEARATE, DIMETHICONE, GLYCERIN , STEARIC
ACID , CYCLOPENTASILOXANE , PARAFFINUM LIQUIDUM, PEG-8 PROPYLENE GLYCOL, SQUALANE, TILIA CORDATA FLOWER EXTRACT PHENOXYETHANOL, GLYCERYL STEARATE, PEG-100 STEARATE, ROSA CANINA (ROSE) HIPS OIL, GLYCYRRHETINIC ACID, SUCROSE COCOATE, SODIUM METHYLPARABEN, GLYCINE SOJA (SOYBEAN) OIL UNSAPONIFIABLES, PERSEA GRATISSIMA (AVOCADO) OIL UNSAPONIFIABLES, XANTHAN GUM, CALOPHYLLUM INOPHYLLUM SEED OIL, TOCOPHERYL ACETATE, FRAGRANCE (PARFUM), BHA ANTIOXIDANT.
I love the Eye Beauty Balm ($69.00) as well. ‘Balm’ is the right word, you kind of put your finger on the top and let the balm melt onto it, then apply. I have truly enjoyed this product – it is extremely moisturizing, but not so much that I had trouble using it in the mornings. However, I would say this is too rich for the younger crowd, and better for those of us in the ‘I am getting wrinkles’ category. This is also a great softener for elbows, knees, heels, and calluses, too. The goal of this balm is to help with moisture loss, collagen breakdown, and free radical damage. It has Calendula oil to help reduce the appearance of under-eye puffiness, and orange oil to help improve the skin’s appearance. It also has Jojoba oil and Vitamin E to help with the restructuring of the tissue. Here is the full list of ingredients: Paraffin, Decyl Oleate, Beeswax, Lanolin, Microcrystalline Wax, Calendula Officinalis Flower Oil, Cholesterol, Isopropyl Myristate, Propylparaben, BHT, Orange Flower Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate.
Do check this line out, they have some terrific products. I see many other products that look intriguing, and other blogs report great results too. – Lisa

The New Face of Beauty!
I use all of the product you mentioned.
Luxee Yeux is my favorite eye product. Great for those of us with “maturing” eyes:) It has definately helped reduce wrinkles for me.
And the Tragic Magic is a great staple for everyone to have on hand. I use it when my skin is just feeling a little “off”. And as you mention, great to have for those summertime bug bites:)
